My experience could not of gone any better! Firstly, Glen was amazing, he made my experience so easy and stress-free, I am unbelievably pleased with how the sale went. I had been driving a Fiat Punto for a while and I wanted something just a little more modern, these guys understood the assignment and had just what I was looking for. I came to VR ESP to purchase an E Class Mercedes, I knew what I wanted as I have had one before but it got wrote off. I am very happy with the E Class, so far so good! Driving very well. The chap dealing with me was more than helpful too!

So far so good with the Audi A8! Its my second A8 and it is everything I expected it to be. Initially I was dealing with Simon then it was passed over to Rob and he carried the sale amazingly, both staff members were absolutely spot on! The entire sales process was very very smooth and easy, it ran just like clockwork! These guys are highly responsive - for example- updating me each day on where my log book is which is greatly appreciated. I 1000% recommend and I will be straight back here when a new car is in the pipe line. Keep up the good work.

I came to Vanrooen in hope I would find what I was looking for. Luckily, I came across a Mercedes C- Class that was in brilliant condition. I was so happy with the shape, the style and the drive of the C Class, I knew the car was for me straight away! I would just like to mention, Glen, he was truly amazing, no messing around he knew what our needs were and he did not faf about with anything, he was straight to the point which I liked. He solved any hurdle we came across and nothing was to much trouble, he would of bent over backwards for us. The process was sleek and so easy. I would definitely come back to VR EPS for my next car. Highly satisfied is an understatement.

I could not of asked the team down at VR EPS for more or better customer service. Honestly this is the best customer service I have received anywhere, not just when buying a car. The first time I wen't down to the dealership in Warrington I had a little look around the showroom which was beautiful and an experience in itself. Simon went above and beyond for me, I was on maternity leave and I didn't have a car so it was a struggle for me to get to VR EPS. Simon took that into consideration and actually brought the Audi Q7 to me, for me to test drive. I was blown away at this point, ive never seen anything like it. Simon went through everything with me and was so accommodating. The first time I actually came down to the dealership it was just before closing time, very close to closing time in fact, Simon and the team did not miss any information about the car its self and did not rush me at all. When I picked up the car, I noticed a small scratch, (nothing major) on the window, the next week the whole window was replaced with no quibble or questions asked. I received absolute 10/10 customer service and I will ALWAYS look at their website if i'm in need of a new car! The first place I will go, always.

Purchasing the Range Rover from VR EPS in Warrington was a great experience! We got the spec we wanted which we are over the moon about.
