I bought a 10 year old BMW which had a few problems like the I Drive, the staff were very helpful and not fussy about me bringing the car back for several issues. Every time the car went in it also got a wash, it was a little costly for them but they didn't mind. The staff have been nothing but polite and not just trying to get rid of me.
I bought car Village Car Sales Hockliffe sold me an extended warranty to cover dual mass as was rumbling. Now i ask for repair not covered by warranty and they dont deal with the warranties anymore.

We would like to point out that the extended warranty you were sold was under the RAC. As with all insurance-underwritten warranties, there are exclusions and sometimes difficulties resolving claims. This is why we here at Village Cars had guaranteed to underwrite the first 3 months of the extended warranty ourselves. After that, I'm afraid the ball would have been in the RAC's court. I'm sorry you were not able to resolve your claim satisfactorily with the RAC. It's one of the reasons we chose to disband from them late last year, as customer satisfaction is our primary goal here.

The customer took out an extended warranty with the RAC at the time of purchasing the car from ourselves. We supply an unconditional warranty which covers the first 3 months of the purchase, and which covers everything on the vehicle. After that point, the optional extended warranty kicks in. Naturally, insurance warranties have some exclusions, and the fact that the RAC chose not to uphold the faulty part in this case should not be a reflection on Village Car Sales, the supplying dealership.
Everything at Village Car Sales was really good. I got stuck in traffic on the way there to pick my new Vauxhall up and they stayed open past closing time to wait for me! There was an issue but they paid for the new part. Really good dealership and I would recommend!

Village Car Sales I think is a family run business, there all very helpful there and professional. The Vauxhall I bought of off them was actually very good value for money. The car was clean too. I would recommend!

I purchased a Volvo from here in February. It was clean and in good condition and a pretty good price. One of the dealers was really helpful, the other one not to much. I have had a reoccurring issue with the car but they have tried to help. I would recommend them.

Absolute excellent experience purchasing my vehicle with Village Car Sales Hockliffe, treated me as i was family and thats what its all about. Brilliant car and service. Ps really nice car showroom, would recommend to everyone.
Village Car Sales have been very good both before and after the sale, when the engine management light came on they looked the car over and told me to bring it back to them again if I have any other problems. They're really kind and friendly people and I would easily recommend them.

I very highly recommend Village Car Sales in Hockliffe. You hear stories about bad dealerships and I'm happy to say this establishment was the exception. The timing belt went on the car which wasn't covered by the warranty, I was looking at a £400 repair and they were generous enough to charge me £100 and foot the rest of the bill. They stood by the car they sold and that's what it's all about. 5 stars well earned.
