I’ve just purchased a used BMW 3 series GT, and the service has been great from beginning to end . Bhaven called me back after my initial online enquiry and dealt with the sale until delivery of my car today . He kept me updated on the progress during the sale which was seamless , and smooth . As Bhaven promised , the car was delivered today which was immaculate , inside and out. It’s looks like a brand new car ! This was an on online purchase and Bhaven kindly sent personalised videos of the car to put my mind at ease - thank you once again . The polite gestures didn’t go unnoticed 😊 5 star service that I expect from BMW .

Had reserved a car and agreed a purchase price. Was about to give my credit card details when the sales rep was interrupted to be told another sales rep had sold the car to someone else. Their excuse was that the vehicle had become unreserved, but no one told me. Utter shambles. Don't buy from this lot.à

Bought a 8 series from James at Vines of Gatwick bmw, nice and easy deal, friendly guy who knows his stuff.

I bought a 330d through PCP from Vines of Gatwick BMW. The BMW credit costs are exorbitant and inflated. They never highlighted the penal road tax nor did they properly explain the parallel loan versus the market value of the vehicle. They set the prevailing price of car but the loan is fixed and runs at a negative carry until the end of the agreement. Ask for a detailed review of wear and tear guidelines ahead of signing any PCP contract. This is all designed to extract maximum profit from the contract. I asked them to do some minor repair work whilst undergoing the service and only the service work completed. David Skinner is an arrogant and unhelpful New Car After-salkes Manager.

Vines of Gatwick BMW dont like answering the phone (especially first thing in the morning & when nearing closing time. Rediculously expensive & when collecting my car(s), if they've been washed, they look like they've been done by a small child & are still dirty & not hoovered properly. If you find you have to call them when your car is with them it seems there is only one point of contact & they are usually doing something else. Call backs rarely happen (unless they want their courtesy car back). Very poor show & are not living up to customer expectations.

Beware - do not rely on information or advice given by their business managers, who give incorrect information, change their minds and then put all the problems on the buyer. Despite admitting that the information they gave was followed, they are totally inflexible, uncooperative and make you feel like fraudsters. I wrote a letter of complaint to their Managing Director at Vines of Gatwick BMW, who did not even bother to reply.
