Really disappointed with my first encounter with Vines BMW. Phoned for advice with a fault on my 5 year old X3 entertainment system - continually rebooting. They advised they were unaware of a systemic problem and to bring it in. I asked "how much and was advised £120 to take a look!! What if it was just a simple reset I asked ......then it will be £60 they answered. Booked car in - met with my handler who advised it was £120.....no record of any conversation on the paper work. I asked - have you seen this issue before to which she responded "oh yes" 9 times out of 10 it is a simple reboot. OK so how much for a simple reboot - £120 she said. How much if the unit is faulty I asked: £1000 for unit replacement was the answer with barely an upward glance. I questioned why, if it was a replacement I was having to pay for unreliable BMW engineering. Take that up with BMW she said......"I thought I was" I responded. I left the place feeling like I was something unpleasant stuck to the bottom of her shoe. Vines phoned later in the day saying it was a simple system update with latest software. Got billed £120!! Of course, it is not the money, I recognise time is money but the attitude was appalling. Lesson Learned - Do not go back to Vines and find another dealer

I have just purchased an x1 and picked it up today (21/05). The attention that I have received, keeping me informed with the progress etc has been first class. Bhaven has spoken to me all the way through, he has called when he said he would and answered all my questions. Very well done.

Exceptional service whilst purchasing a vehicle and part exchanging my own car. Communication was superb with nice extra touches such as videos of the car as it was being prepared, good timeline updates. They were able to help me solve a paperwork issue from my side and generally couldn't have done more to help - especially as I was buying from a distance. Full marks to Daniel Tilbury as my contact person and Matthew Ward too.

My new 530e touring which I ordered in November .has finally arrived and I just collected. the car yesterday. All a bit strange and very sophisticated. Managed to download the BMW app etc. but lots more to do. The Covid restrictions prevented the normal explanation of all the controls by the sales person but Bhaven Murarji did all he could and was very helpful.

I’ve just purchased a used BMW 3 series GT, and the service has been great from beginning to end . Bhaven called me back after my initial online enquiry and dealt with the sale until delivery of my car today . He kept me updated on the progress during the sale which was seamless , and smooth . As Bhaven promised , the car was delivered today which was immaculate , inside and out. It’s looks like a brand new car ! This was an on online purchase and Bhaven kindly sent personalised videos of the car to put my mind at ease - thank you once again . The polite gestures didn’t go unnoticed 😊 5 star service that I expect from BMW .
Had reserved a car and agreed a purchase price. Was about to give my credit card details when the sales rep was interrupted to be told another sales rep had sold the car to someone else. Their excuse was that the vehicle had become unreserved, but no one told me. Utter shambles. Don't buy from this lot.à
Vines are in Crawley, I am in East Lothian. They had the car I wanted. Good price, easy to do business with and the car was at my door within a couple of days. Well done Matt Robinson and all the team!!

My recent experience at Vines Crawley has been so poor that I will never go near them again, nor recommend anyone else does either. After 20 years as a loyal customer of the Vines group, servicing and purchasing of vehicles for myself and my wife, they have gone too far. More than £800 for an oil service is not a reasonable price and when asked to engage in a grown up conversation about the price, no one has the authority to do so. It's not the price that's the problem, it's the attitude and fundamental lack of customer empathy that's the issue. The management at Crawley are terrible, the junior staff are terrific.

sent away with a faulty vehicle told it was fine, anther garage found the issue straightaway. Please do not trust this garage. If I could give it 0 I would.
