Oldham had the right van at the right time when I was in the market for one. I'm a joiner and I was looking for a bigger van as an upgrade to my one previously and after taking a look online, this is when I came across the transporter on the Volkswagen van Centre's website. Anyway, I had the van and I've used it a hell of a lot since getting it, and now that it's all kitted out, there isn't anything else I need to do to it.

Personally, I've not driven the van since I got it because it was for one of my lads but I haven't heard anything from them so I take it all is going okay with it. I'd soon be in touch if there was an issue. From start to finish Justin was great because he always kept me updated on the progress of my van and he was a real pleasure to deal with while I was purchasing the van.

Other than struggling to get used to the active driving feature on the van, it has been amazing. I part exchanged my old van in, and I think I got offered a fair price so I was happy to go ahead with it. Top marks all around.

As a 27 year old I expected to be talked down to when I walked into the dealership but this wasn't the case and actually it was completely the opposite because I was nice and relaxed from the word go. I wanted an upgrade because my transit caused me nothing but problems. I've also got a Volkswagen Golf myself, and as soon as I sat in the VW Crafter it felt like I was sat in my car and I felt very comfortable while I drive it. Justin carried out everything out that he said he was going to and he really did me proud. Since driving it away, I've had it kitted out and done well over 1000 miles but I can't think of anything to complain about. In another 6 months I'm hoping to upgrade another one of my vans, so I look forward to coming back here to do it all over again.

I'm a builder, so I needed to make sure I found the perfect van that could keep up with my work load. After looking online, I found the Volkswagen Crafter CR35 Trendline so I headed down to the dealership in Oldham to view it in person to see if it would be fit for purpose. I think the salesman was Ben who looked after us and he was class, it was his no pressure approach that made my decision that much easier to get the van. There was no hard sell, he carried out everything that he said he was going to, it was just a really easy process. I've put over 1000 miles on the van since and it's been spot on.

To be completely transparent, I didn't have any intentions of driving off with the van that I did, but it was hard not to. We originally came down to view a second hand Volkswagen Transporter that they had in stock but in the end it wasn't something we wanted to go ahead with. So Benjamin pointed us in the direction of a new Transporter that had more of the features I was looking for. After getting some information on the van, we talked about a potential deal and what he offered me was too good to pass up. So we made a deal and got it on the same day! I've not heard anything from the lad who drives it so I assume everything is well with it.

I recently purchased a van from VW Van Centre in Oldham, and I couldn’t be happier. Unlike a local dealership to me, which wanted £52,000 plus VAT (a whopping £6,000 above the list price), thinking they could charge what they liked because it was a pre-registered vehicle, VW Van Centre offered a much more reasonable deal. The switch from Mercedes to Volkswagen was a smart move for us. because the servicing from Mercedes has been a bit of a letdown recently.
