I had purchased my 5th car straight from Majid again and he had assisted me throughout the whole thing , from my budget to finding me the perfect car. The car had fresh MOT and was defiantly looked after! I would highly recommend W & M Autos to anyone.
I have just purchased my 3rd car and have dealt with Wajiid each time. My 1st was to replace my motability car, it was a brilliant car, ran like a dream and was all and more that Waj said it would be. Because of this service, I went back to Waj when it became difficult to drive my manual due to my disability and so I needed to change to an automatic. Again Wajiid not only picked out specific cars for my budget and my preferences but advised me all the way through. I purchased my 2nd car from him just last week. A brilliant car, in excellent condition and very low mileage. So impressed that am buying a 3rd car from him for my daughter.

I bought a ford mondeo about a month ago thought would leave it a month see how it runs and have to say excellent car plus had.new.mot and service. Even got me a trade rate for work on wifes car very happy with service.

I brought a car off this dealer 3 and a half months ago, tried to contact him within the warranty period as to return the car and get a refund as the engine in the car is completely ruined. Payed £950 for the car and got quoted £800 to repair, car went off the road after 2 and half months, asked these guys about getting a refund, got completely ignored until a few days until a few days ago which was coincidentally after the warranty period had ended. Complete ripoff, having to buy a new car to get to and from college and work. Currently in legal dispute via the ombudsman to fight for my money back.

They have treated me the same. This used car dealer needs to be stopped. My car lasted 2 days. Please report them to trading standards as well if you haven't already I have and the more people that come forward they will then have look in to this.and please anyone else reading this avoid W and M autos. They have your money.

I am.sorry.to.hear you arenhaving problems but has been over 3 months and as stated previously we are able to help.by offering a trade rate our warranty cannot pay.for.new engine becasue your mechanic is unable.to remove spark plug.
I wish i had seen this review below before parting with my hard earned money. I now have a car that has total engine failure parked used only for two days. That i bought from these two. W and m autos are a company that sell cars with 6 months warranty but that warranty is just a ploy to get you to buy a car. They have no intention of honouring it. Once they have your money they couldn't careless about you or the car. Its cost me thousands don't be the next. And ignore the reply they are bound to write and take my word and go to a proper dealer who will care about you and sell good quality cars. Not the low quality unchecked cars these two sell. They say check their ebay feedback but i say check the feed back they leave for others it tells you alot about them!

This vehicle was sold with a suspect injector fault and wasn't sold as a properly functioning vehicle unfortunately people expect to buy a faulty.car spend very little and get bargain of the year. We paid out a goodwill.gesture against.what you.said it will repair and when that wasnt enough demanded more money we have many very happy.customers.

What good will gesture? I spent £2000 I certainly wouldn't buy a car with a suspected injector fault. For £2000 I would expect a car that worked faultlessly. What are you talking about? Maybe your thinking of yet ANOTHER one of your unhappy customers.

We do our best to assist customers the vehicle you purchased was for 995 and as stated per invoice had a suspect injector fault as was stated on invoice and pointed out to you several.times. i am sorry.to hear you feel this way if we.can assist please do not hesitate to call us .

In response to majids claim that they sold me a car that was declared as faulty with suspected injector fault. That is a out right lie. You told me it was a working car and gave six months warranty. It's just lies lies lies with these guys. So called dealers like w and m autos need to be shut down to protect the honest public being effectively Robbed of their money buying junk motors. This place sells rubbish part exchanges bought from other dealers. That the history is unknown and very few checks are performed.
Don't believe anything the brothers at W & M Autos tell you. I have been waiting for the refund of money paid as a deposit despite promises to return. While waiting in the workshop there was a constant stream of complaints from dissatisfied customers that were fobbed off.

This is a fake review, what workshop were you waiting in where there was a constantly.flow of complaints ??? We dont have a work shop !!! We sell over 200 cars a year and have many satisfied and repeat customers and are always willing to help. You can call.me directly anytime to assist. I will respond to the response from W&M's allegation that my review was fake. Firstly, W&M did eventually repay the deposit. Thanks. However, to clarify the comments about the workshop. I used the word perhaps incorrectly. Let's substitute "lock-up". W&M are right to state they have no workshop.. There are a number of independent workshops in the same lock-up. While waiting for my mechanic to make his inspection I overheard many telephone conversations between the partner and customers complaint about cars or service. I only heard the responses to customers, but on every occasion the customer was given short shrift. You bought a cheap car and expect too much. OK. the car was probably relatively cheap, but you do expect it to last for more than a few days!

As I said we sell over 200 cars a year and have 2 or 3 bad reviews we strive to deliver quality and affordability. This review is totally bogus this customer had a inspection done on a 25 year old car for 3 hours which we allowed. Then found minor faults and didnt want to purchase again wasnt a problem and deposit was refunded. This vehicle was then sold to a classic car collector who bought it in minutes of seeing it. Its a shame we sell over 200 cars a year and 2 or 3 bad reviews dont really paint the full picture. If anyone wants to discuss any reviews etc i am always available to assist. All our cars are sold with new mots and warranties as standard regardless of price.
