I purchased a car from these guys and can honestly say the whole process was without fault . The car was better than described and delivered to me at a very cheap price they only charged for fuel and when I received the car I have to say was alot better than expected they seem to be very transparent about the whole process before I paid a deposit they sent me loads of pictures of the car an did a walk around, even pointed out minor imperfections which I couldn't see when the car was dropped off as they really were very minor. A++++

Bought a car while ago, car was faulty, rang 10 mins after i paid and left and they refused to take it back... absolute scammers!!! Said passed mot and all, but there no way car in that state would pass, even lights weren’t working... be aware people!

I have had the pleasure of buying 2 cars... amazing service and for once a true account of the cars value and condition. The guys are awesome and fully intend on going back a few more times to get future cars... recommended to friends who also speak very highly of how they were treated and the quality of each car purchased.

Majid at W & MAutos is an absolute disgrace and has moved several times and changed his company name to avoid court proceedings, he sells cars with multiple problems to unsuspecting buyers and simply ignores the phone or blocks your number if you try and complain. An absolute cowboy save your money and go elsewhere!

Reiew says alot left as anonymous user So cant comment or say much . First of all just like to say we have always traded as W AND M AUTOS LTD so not sure where your info is coming from also been in current site for 2 years and previous site 5 years. We sell alot of cars and have many happy customers. unfortunalty I cant assist any further unless you make contact and stop hiding behind keyboard 😅 . We always strive to do our best we sell 200+ cars a year and to get no bad reviews would be a lie but 2 or 3 bad ones out of 200 I think is quite good but in all seriousness if you.have a problen we are always here to help WHICH YOU ALL A HAPPY XMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR EVEN THOSE HIDING BEHIND KEYBAORDS AND REVIEWING EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I purchased a car from W & M Autos Ltd that are the same dodgy dealers as the Chertsey W & M Autos, but are now based in Byfleet. They have an office in the Big Yellow Storage company and a remote car lot at the end of a cul de sac down the road. The car developed a fault on my journey home. The engine light came on and the car lost power. I made it home and my husband took it out for a drive a couple of hours later and the same thing happened. I called the salesman (Newman) and texted regarding the situation at 7pm that evening - less than 5 hours after purchasing the car. I wanted him to know straight away that I was bringing the car back for a refund and would take my old car back that I had part exchanged. We thought that was the most reasonable outcome - it wouldn't have cost him anything as I was paying to return the car and taking unpaid time off work to do so. We would put it down to bad luck. After ignoring my calls & texts, my husband tried Newman from his phone. Low & behold, he got a text straight back asking who this was. So my husband furnished him with the details and asked him NOT to sell our old car and I would collect it in the morning. The next morning I spoke to Newman on the phone. When I said I was coming to get back my car and get a refund, he said he had got rid of my old car to a scrap dealer. "But its still for sale on eBay", I said. It was still for sale until 10.30am that morning... "We don't do refunds, we're not like Tesco's" he said. I told him that I had a legal right to a refund within 30 days, as the car was not fit for purpose. He then got nasty. "If you are going to talk about legal rights then I'm going to stop talking to you and you can contact me through your solicitor and we can go to court. I've got loads of money to go to court. Or you can talk to me nicely and I can offer to help you out. You can take the car to a garage and get it diagnosed at your own expense. Or you can bring it to me and I will get it diagnosed when its convenient to me". This dealer is 46 miles away from us and I need a car every day, so it was totally impractical for me to return it to him for a diagnosis. When I asked if he could provide me with a courtesy car until mine was fixed I got this gem back - "Courtesy car? Look love, I'm not being funny, we're not Bentley. We just sell cheap cars"... Not feeling brave enough to pitch up for an argument with Newman at the remote car lot and desperately needing a working car, in the end we got the car fixed ourselves - it was that or buy another car and that was the lesser of 2 evils. We are now legally pursuing W&M Auto's Ltd for consequential damages. The moral of this story is to never buy a car without reading some reviews on the dealer first. Had I done that and read all the negative reviews with stories similar to my own, I never would have bought a car from them.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your car if you recall at the time you experienced problems you were asked to bring the car back so.we.can check it and proceed from there you refused this it was a free of charge service. We did not at any point reffer to TESCOS dont see relevance, our conpany policy is we need proof of fault and inly way to do this is a diagnostic. We sell over 200 cars a year and have many satisfied customers and we will hopfully resolve your issues promptly. Should you require any assistance lkease do not hesitate to call us we will of course respond to your lettrr which we received today.

To the person that left the last review asking for our address. If you genuinley purchased a car off us the address is at the bottom of the invoice and you are more than welcome to contact us at anytime in person, email or phone. We dont mind genuine reviews good or bad but FAKE ones where you bought a car and dont have any details of seller I am sure you can do better than that. Again to all our customers thank you for your business and as always we are always here to help. We have a very transparent procedure when there are problems first of all we just request a diagnostic you can get this done or bring the car to us and we will inspect free of charge and go from there.

I have had a terrible experience with these people. I dealt with a person called Numan Butt. They took a deposit from me, told lies and sold the car to someone else and it took over three months and police involvement to get my money back. Do not deal with these people. Avoid.

I purchased a Mazda 5 furano in good faith and travelled to W & M Autos. I bought the car and I had an initial issue with clutch since I have oil leaking from the inter coolant severely and have had an expensive quote. I contacted the dealer and he was rude and has blocked my number having failed to agree a compromise. I would urge anyone to stay away from this dealer and I will be reporting to trading standards. Everyone has negative experiences and the response from this chap was disgraceful.

Hi, Upon looking into your complaint you advised us the intercooler is leaking and turbo has also failed but the car drives fine and no warning lights are on and it boosts fine. We have asked several times for the car to be returned to us for investigation you then advised us that you have now taken to another garage who have advised there is nothing wrong with the car. Unfortunalty in this instance I am unaware as to how we can assist other that inspect the car which you declined. On an old car some leakage from a intercooler is not unusual and would most defianlty not require a new turbo at best new intercooler pipe.

Hi there, Thank you for this. You wanted me to return the car from Southampton to you having had your salesman Newman be abusive and then block my number. This left a bitter taste in the mouth and left us as a family out of pocket. Older car yes but the damage has been done and I would urge anyone to not buy from yourselves. Especially when you employ people like the rude, sarcastic and threatening sales person

Came to W & M autos that I was going to be driving away the fancy S class Mercedes. And that's exactly what i did! The vehicle was described perfectly and drove exactly how they said it did, like a dream! Wasn't much MOT on the vehicle but for the guys it was no hassle too get me a years test. First class hassle free service. Have had the car a decent time now and it's not missed a beat. Will certainly be purchasing my son and daughter their first car from here in the coming months. Thank you and all the best :)

W & M Autos are an absolute joke of a company! Bought a car less than 30 days ago car had faults that when i asked on inspection was told everything worked fine just that the vehicle has a short M.o.t which was fine for me. The guy showing me the car would barely let me drive any distance at all to check things were working but on the short distance i did drive things seemed to be ok. After I payed for the car I was told I would get the cambelt changed if I was you! On my way home I could hear aloud banging noise in the boot which was 1 of the rear shock absorbers banging as worn out. As I pulled up at home in the (new) car and reversed to park I noticed that the reverse parking aid was not working. After a few days of driving The temperature gauge was getting high so checked the water and it was empty with water marks over parts of the shock mount The header tank was leaking! Finally after another few days could hear a noise like a dry bearing rattle coming from the Engine bay. I phoned the same number I rang that i used to call about buying the car and was told well its a noise what can i do I don't know what it is. Either you drop the car to me and leave it for 2 weeks or take it to a mechanic and get it checked. The following day I rang back to say what the rattling was and as soon as I said Hi its about blah blah the phone was put down on me and immediately blocked my number so tried from my partners phone and left him a message but received no call back so rang again to find out he had blocked that number also. Later that evening my neighbour called his phone but didn't answer but he rang straight back and was spoken very nice as he thought it must be for a sale of a car my neighbour said to him hold on 1 sec and put my partner onto the phone as soon as he heard her voice he blocked that number also. He has called me back since but dint give a monkeys and yep put the phone down once again. Court proceedings are now under way and will add to this with the outcome.

At the time of sale you were allowed a test drive like all our customers are and at the time of sale also independent ibaoectuons are always welcome you insisted on taking the car as it was with a short mot hence if shocks wernt checked but were fine there was no rattling or leakage as we collected the car from Coventry to surrey. As it was discounted by £200 this would have more than covered it. Witg regards cambelt its standard to follow cambelt intervals and this was pointed out to you prior to any payment this doesnt have to be pointed out as its part of owning a car wether it be new or used we mention camvelt to customers incase they want it done at a trade price. You also mentioned at time in your own words cambelt is nothing I can do that. At no point were you pushed to buy the car and as always we encourage customers to buy the car with a new mot as sometimes as in this case you feel you want the discount for a mot and want us to do the work we recived your letter and have responded accordingly. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to call us. We have many happy customers and repeat customers but when you request discounts for short mots sometimes you have to honour that.
