My new Mini Cooper has been fantastic. There is a potential issue, but I am going to contact the dealership. It was a very smooth process, and I would most definitely consider returning again in the future if I were to purchase another car.

Everything has been fine since the purchase of the Nissan Juke. I live locally to W18 Cars, so I drive past nearly every day. They are really nice people and very easy to deal with.

Recently I got my Fiat 500 and I’ve been out in it a bit, with no issues. It’s my first time buying from this W18 Cars Ltd, and I would definitely recommend them. The team was brilliant. There was no pressure at all, and they genuinely went above and beyond. I needed the car for the weekend, and the lady who helped me even sorted out the finance on a Sunday, which was on her day off. I got the feeling that they were honest and genuine people who aren’t out to rip you off.

There's still some stuff that needs sorting out on my Seat Ibiza but the garage has ordered the parts, and once they come they are happy to get the issues rectified, but they couldn't have been any more helpful throughout the process. The sales process was also as good as it could have been. 5 stars.
