I've just bought a lovely little car from here. I booked a test drive. I was given the keys to go out on my own. There was no sales pressure. No drained out bull that ya get at a big dealership. Just a friendly face, a great attitude and honesty. The entire range of cars looked great. Everyone was smiling, and I had a great, seamless buying experience. I'd recommend W18 Cars to my closest friends and family. I'll definitely return when I'm next due to change car. Although my time there was reliving and brief (due to the back to basics car buying style) I felt really welcomed and cared for. W18 are clearly a nice little dealership that deserve vast credit. In summary; Great stock Great atmosphere Great customer service Seamless buying Seamless handover I loved my experience. Highly recommend!!

Excellent after sales service from W18. Car developed a sticking clutch pedal after a week, was a bit stressed, but reassured by Ross to drop it off, and it would be sorted. Car fully repaired by local garage. Thanks, guys, much appreciated. Really love the car Ford Kuga 😍

Dealing with W18 Cars has been amazing, they have been so courteous I am so happy with how everything is going. I currently have an issue with the steering rack, so the car is back in with them. As I have a job and go to Uni they have provided me with a courtesy car. That was the last thing I was expecting from them I was so impressed! I am really happy with how things are going, they have been absolutely perfect. They have answered all of my questions regarding my car, and they have explained all of the functions of the car to me, as I did come from quite an outdated C1. I have no bad words to say about W18 Cars, they have been absolutely perfect!
