Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a used 57 plate BMW 1 series from them, firstly the back speakers were blown and the air vents make a funny squealing noise. After a week (yes, only a week!) it had developed a noise from one of the bearings that drives the cam belt (powers the alternator, power steering, water pump etc) so brought it in to them. At first Adam seemed sure that everything was fine and that he would drive it for months like it is, until the car started vibrating! Not something you want from a £4700 car. Even though it was a very unhealthy grinding noise, Adam told me that this normal. I insisted the noise be addressed, to which he finally accepted and directed me to the garage. The mechanics there told me that they'd book me in for an appointment on Tuesday (this was a Saturday) and said the car would be fine to drive until then, with these often lasting months with these noises. I happily accepted, and drove off. Only that on the way home, my dash turns into a Christmas tree of warning lights and my ears are filled with the rings of boings! The bearing had ceased and the belt had snapped. Fantastic. I was left, on a roundabout with no power-steering and a very unhealthy sounding BMW. I pulled the car into the pub that is thankfully at that roundabout and stopped it straight away, and the car engine was steaming. After inspection, my fears were confirmed and the bearing had ceased. It'll last for months they said. Clearly know nothing about cars, my warranty is parts only and, this may have caused deeper issues with the engine which Adam would like to charge me to fix I'm sure! He isn't getting a penny, especially after telling me the car would be fine for months with this noise. Thoroughly disappointed that I put my trust in this dealership. I now have no car, no money and no way of getting to work. This situation happened simply based on their recommendations. I wanted to leave the car like this to prevent further damage, but they made me feel confident that none could occur. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Really happy with how everything went at Adam Walters cars! I bought an Audi A6 from them in May and I am really happy with it. It was lovely and clean and In really good condition and was an excellent price. I would recommend them for sure.

Adam Walters Cars in Norwich have very helpful staff working for them. From what I could see they sell great cars and as far as my car i purchased goes I have had no problems with it. Performance wise its very ecological and has saved me money in the time I have had it which is now a good few months

Generally over all I had a good experience as Adam Walters, I was a little disappointed to find a few things out about the car that I didn't know about but other than that they solved any issues I had whilst buying my car but they were just like any other dealership
