My wife is enjoying our new Honda HR-V, and I am really happy with the service provided by Warwick Hall Cars. We bought the car online after having a mechanic check it out for us. The dealership allowed the mechanic to spend time checking the car thoroughly and taking it for a test drive. This reassured me and gave me the confidence to buy the car, as they wouldn’t have let a mechanic do that if they were trying to hide something and not be honest. The delivery was smooth, and the car came the next day, so it was a super quick process. Everyone at the dealership had good communication and provided excellent customer service

I recently purchased a Dacia Logan from Warwick Hall Cars and I must say that Charles the man we dealt with was great, not pushy, he left us to have a wander and look at vehicles without intimidating us by following us around which can happen at some dealerships. If we had questions he answered to his best abilities, overall a great experience.

I recently purchased a KIA Sportage from Warwick Hall Cars, and I am very happy with it. I've been driving it most days to work and to see my mum. I still need to take her for a drive in it, but I believe she will really like it. This was my first time purchasing a car from Warwick Hall Cars. I live only about 10 minutes away, so they are a local dealership. The service I received was really good, and everyone at the dealership was super helpful. When I picked up the car, it was all cleaned and ready for me to take home. I will definitely be using Warwick again.

Absolutely smashing! I cannot fault my new Suzuki Swace—it is just amazing. I use it daily as a private hire/taxi, and it is very enjoyable to drive. I have had no issues with it so far. This was my first time buying from Warwick Hall Cars, and obviously, I was a bit nervous, as you would be when spending a large amount of money at a dealership you've never been to before. But everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was a breeze. I would 100% buy from them again and recommend both the car and the dealership.

I had the car delivered from the dealership to my house without seeing it in person. I knew what I was looking for and have had similar cars in the past. There was a delay in delivery because a part for the car had been ordered, which they wanted to sort out for me before it was delivered. However, everything is running great with the car, and I understand they wanted everything perfect and sorted for me. That said, I do think if they had communicated this better, I would be giving them a 5-star rating, not 4. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, and apart from that one issue, I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Warwick Hall Cars. They even sent me money to get the car fully valeted once it had been delivered. I would buy from them again if they had what I was looking for, and I would recommend them, as I believe they are a good dealership.

I have always had Fords in the past, so choosing a Ford Kuga was an easy decision for me. I find them to be very reliable cars, and so far, I have had no issues at all. I saw the car online and called to let them know I was coming in to view it. When I got there, they let me go by myself for a test drive, which was nice because I was able to choose my own route and get a feel for the car. This was actually my first time going to Warwick Hall Cars, and I am very happy with the dealership. Everyone on the team was great, and they made the process quick and smooth. No issues—I’d definitely recommend them.
