We had to send the car back just two days after purchase due to a fault with the AdBlue system. To be fair, they did a quick turnaround and got it sorted, but the communication could have been better. I had to do most of the chasing, and the car was delivered back without clear information on when it had been dropped off. That said, the car itself is great now, and we’re happy with it running properly.

So far, everything seems to be going well with the car. It’s my first time buying from here, and the whole process was very straightforward with no pressure at all. Nothing has gone wrong, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

I'd recommend anyone to Warwick Hall Cars they were perfect to deal with. 10 out of 10 because my Mercedes-Benz A-Class has been great with no issues as of yet (touch wood). I can't fault them.

Everything has been perfect so far and I've not had a single problem. I’ve only had the car for two weeks, but it’s been great for the time I have had it. I live in Leeds and drove it back the same day (about an hour), and it’s been running great ever since. The service was excellent, I thought it was really easy and straightforward. Everyone was friendly, I barely had to do anything. I even recommended a friend, and she was also really impressed with how good the service was.

My Suzuki Swift is going well and the sale guy that looked after me was lovely. 5 stars.

Brilliant service when there was a problem with my car they were happy enough to sort the problem out and get it sorted out. Great customer service couldn’t fault them.

I had an initial problem with the car that I wasn't happy about but after making Warwick Hall Cars aware of it, they were happy for me to bring the car back for repairs and offered me a curtesy car. The issue got sorted quickly and since getting it back, the car has been grand and the fault hasn't reappeared, so I can't complain.

Everything is going good with my Seat Ateca and the service I received at the dealership was fine.

I've had the car a month and a half now and it's been spectacular, no problems at all. A great service provided by yourselves and well worth the travel to Manchester.
