Really happy with how everything went because it was a quick process. I finished work, dropped my car off and picked up my new one, it was quick in and out. While I was at the dealership I had a good laugh and a joke with the team. The car has been perfect, I love it.

The service we received was excellent, they really went above and beyond for us. It was my son that handled the purchase of the car, and he was almost put off by a few issues (through no fault of Warwick Hall Cars, the car had just been sitting for a while), but the salesman advised him that he could take the car for 2 weeks, and if we didn't like it, then we could bring it back. The car has been great since, but it's great to be offered that, you don't get service like that.

This is my first electric car, and so far it's going great. The transition was a lot easier than I thought it would be, the only thing I've noticed is that it hasn't got as much range as a petrol car. Charles and the team were really good. I viewed the car, and on the day there was a battery issue, and they got a new one on the spot there and then for free. They provided us with all the information needed before going ahead with the full electric.

My Toyota Prius has been alright, with no issues so far and I'm happy with it.

I've had my Volkswagen Passat for nearly 4 weeks now and it's an awesome bit of kit, which is running absolutely fine. Great service from Warwick Hall Cars, they were bang on and it's a great dealership to buy a car from. There was zero pressure. I was passed the keys and told to take my time and take it on a test drive when I'm ready. Straight top marks.
