Hi i recently purchased an XK8 Jaguar 2001 it was described as Good Condition and low miles for a 2001 car ,I am a retired motor Engineer and the car is Mint it drives without fault and i have an eye for detail , I found John the proprietor a nice Genuine and most helpful Guy all his stock of cars are Good Quality ,I travelled up from the Isle of Wight to Waveney Volvo Centre by train and he picked us up from station nothing too much trouble just like an old friend and we are still in touch the Jaguar is Fantastic Drives without fault i recommend you buy from them it pays to travel and get the best Regards Martin Jackson

I’m not sure who checks the vehicles Waveney Volvo Centre buy in, but just be sure to do your own checks if you decide to be brave and buy from here. There is a reason the cars they sell are at attractive prices, and unfortunately you’ll be left to foot the repair bills. Go somewhere else, even if you have to pay a bit more.

I'm sorry but I already contacted you and you said there was nothing you was prepared to do. Remedial works are now costing me £1892 by the dealer. I will never use you again and I had a friend look at one of your cars last week too but he is now not purchasing because of this. I wish you all the best, you've done well to get this far.
Purchased a car last year which was faulty from the moment we drove it off the forecourt. Told us before we left if we have any trouble to come and see them because "we look after our customers". Was told to take it to for repair. This "repair" was completed but didn't solve the issue so no idea what was 'repaired'. 5000 miles in and the car is almost scrap now as so many engine and electrical problems have developed and it was sold to us 6 months ago. We are now told we are out of warranty. Took it again, charged for a repair and again it did not fix our issues. I would not recommend buying from here

All started promising with the volvo centre but they promised me something would be sorted that wasnt. I was told it would be there for picking i=up the car. This part wasnt there on collection, 2 weeks after it didnt arrive and so called them back. They then told me this wasnt their responsibility and it is the old seller who should sort this out. I have heard nothing since. Very disappointing. I feel I have more important things to worry about, paid £80 to sort myself and so wont be recommending or going again. I am happy with the car itself just the customer service arent to the level you expect

I was recommended to Waveney Volvo Centre by a couple of friends who couldnt speak highly enough of these guys and you know what, i was not disappointed. Anything i asked from them they sorted no problem. Not one problem since the day of purchase, maybe its the Land Rover Freelander thats a great build, i dont know, either way they seem to have it spot on there
