I was looking for a reliable and affordable car for myself and I decided to visit Wavertree Car Centre after my mum’s positive experience with them. She had bought a car from Gary who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she recommended him to me. I was not disappointed by his service, he showed me a range of cars that suited my needs and budget and he answered all my questions patiently and honestly. He did not try to pressure me to buy anything but instead he gave me useful advice and guidance, I chose a Vauxhall Corsa which is a perfect car for me, it is spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive, it also has low mileage, a good fuel economy. Gary arranged everything for me from the paperwork to the handover and I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Wavertree Car Centre, they are a trustworthy and reputable dealer, Gary is a great salesman and he made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I was looking for a Nissan Juke and I found one online that suited my needs and budget. I contacted Gary who was very friendly and professional, he answered all my questions and he sent me photos of the car, he also explained the features and specifications of the car in detail. I live in Bradford and I’m a teacher so I couldn’t travel to Liverpool during the week to see the car in person. Gary was very accommodating and he booked me an appointment during the holidays. He also arranged for a courtesy car for me when I dropped off my old car as a part exchange because my new car was not going to be ready for a few days. He made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. When I got my Nissan I was very impressed by its condition and performance, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos, however after a month I noticed a minor issue with the car. I contacted Gary again and he was very helpful, he fixed the issue quickly and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that everything was fine. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received from this dealership. Gary was honest, reliable, and customer-oriented and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price. I would give them a solid 5 out of 5.
