One word springs to mind when I try to describe my car buying experience with Wavertree Car Dealership and that is FAULTLESS! I can't think of anything more that I could have wanted from them to improve my overall experience. They were very thorough and helpful and the Corsa I purchased from them is just as described in the advert, it was lovely and clean inside and outside on the handover and there have been no unwanted surprises.

She had bought a car from Gary who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she recommended him to me. I was not disappointed by his service, he showed me a range of cars that suited my needs and budget and he answered all my questions patiently and honestly. He did not try to pressure me to buy anything but instead he gave me useful advice and guidance, I chose a Vauxhall Corsa which is a perfect car for me, it is spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive, it also has low mileage, a good fuel economy. Gary arranged everything for me from the paperwork to the handover and I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Wavertree Car Centre, they are a trustworthy and reputable dealer, Gary is a great salesman and he made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He is a credit to the company and I would definitely go back to him for my next car. Wavertree Car Centre and Gary deserve top marks for their excellent work.

I visited Wavertree Cars in Liverpool in September to buy my Vauxhall from them and the overall experience went really well. My BMW is a lovely car and it is running perfectly, it is exactly what I was looking for in a car. When I came to collect the car they gave me a tour round the car and let me test drive it to make sure everything was working properly. I cannot knock the guys at Wavertree Car Centre, it was a great service.

All is going really great with my BMW. Alan was proper sound, the service I received from him was phenomenal, I could not have asked for anything more than what he did for me. I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I was looking for a Nissan Juke and I found one online that suited my needs and budget. I contacted Gary who was very friendly and professional, he answered all my questions and he sent me photos of the car, he also explained the features and specifications of the car in detail. I live in Bradford and I’m a teacher so I couldn’t travel to Liverpool during the week to see the car in person. Gary was very accommodating and he booked me an appointment during the holidays. He also arranged for a courtesy car for me when I dropped off my old car as a part exchange because my new car was not going to be ready for a few days. He made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. When I got my Nissan I was very impressed by its condition and performance, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos, however after a month I noticed a minor issue with the car. I contacted Gary again and he was very helpful, he fixed the issue quickly and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that everything was fine. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received from this dealership. Gary was honest, reliable, and customer-oriented and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price. I would give them a solid 5 out of 5.
