Loving the BMW 5 Series. Drives good as new.

The car sold its self and the staff sold the service. This is the most non-pushy car dealership I have ever been to. It was the kindness and the non pushiness that made me want to go ahead with the sale of the Renault Kadjar. The customer service here was perfect, I couldn't of wanted anything else. Steve was so kind and created such a nice, calm, relaxed atmosphere. I did not feel stressed or under pressure at any time. I don't have much more to say but my experience was perfect and I really enjoyed it.💗

We are loving the Audi Q7 its a nice, smooth motor. Its alot more spacious than our old car and its so comfy to drive. I felt welcome at all times and spoke to lots of helpful and friendly staff and all of them were so genuine. We are thoroughly enjoying our new car lads! Thank you!

To be honest I have had some issues since the start but Tony sorted everything in a very timely manner with no quibble. Even though I had a few small issues I don't have a bad word to say about these guys at all. Tony is honest and truthful and follows through with his words, he will sort anything that needs sorting and will always help you out as much as he possibly can. I was very well looked after here and i'm not going to let a few small issues get in the way of a really good experience at a fantastic dealership. This will be the first place I look when i'm in need of an upgrade. Tony I can't thank you enough, there should be more dealers like you in the car industry.👌

I had Tony dealing with me his knowledge was unbelievable. I've had Audi's before and the Jag XE I purchased form here drives pretty similar, so it wasn't to difficult to get use to. Wavertree is a brilliant little dealership that I for sure can recommend to anyone who has a new car in the pipe line. I know I would happily use again!

I just wanted to say how polite the staff down at Wavertree are. On my arrival my salesman introduced himself and made sure I knew if i need ANYTHING then to just ask. The car was spotless, so clean and so tidy. Its very clean that someone worked very hard to make my car look squeaky clean and squeaky clean it looked! The Seat Leon was a catch and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience!

It was my first time using Wavertree but I can say based on my recent experience of purchasing a car form here... I would infact do it again, happily. Chris was fantastic every step of the way, he showed me the ropes and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am very impressed with each and every bit of the process. Wavertree make buying cars easy!

I had some issues with the car at the start but this is the whole reason I am here writing a highly positive review right now. Firstly, your buying a second had car... wear and tear repairs are going to be needed at some point. Anyway, I purchased Kuga, had the car delivered and the delivery guy informed me that the tyre pressure light had come on, we pumped it up.. next day comes..its flat. I called the office up and I can't tell you how helpful they were. Within the click of the fingers the salesperson were giving me options, and then within a short amount of time it was rectified. Tony has helped me so much, normally after sales is what lets a dealership down... however not his one. Just need to send my receipt over to these lads and we will all be sorted. Tony told me that if there is any issues or even queries do not hesitate to give him a call, he always picks up the phone. 10/10 for reliability and being so responsive at all times. I can't tell you just how well I was looked after here and this is why WaverTree will be the first place I look when a new car is needed. The 4.5 star rating is just because no one is perfect but if i was ever going to give 5 stars to anyone it would be Wavertree Car Centre!
