Absolutely brilliant! I am so so pleased with my BMW, it is a lovely little car and has been driving a dream! The Wavertree team were excellent, they did everything for me I can't complain really, I am a very happy customer!

From the moment we had our first conversation to the delivery of our vehicle was fantastic. The car was delivered by the lovely Robin. He was so kind and gentle. He had a cuppa when he arrived at our London address and spoke about Viv Richards. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone, you really do get first class service, dealing with real people. Thank you, Tony, as well.

Was served by Gary . What a great asset he is to your company . Nothing was to much trouble and I know my purchase was no where near the dearest car sale . But we were treated like we were special . Everybody we met was happy to help in any way .
But Gary was exceptional. I have worked in the sales industry for over 25 years and Gary was pleasant , respectful, understanding and has a great personality for making you feel so comfortable as you make one of the biggest purchases you will ever have to make . By the time we left with a great car we felt we had met a friend for ever.
We will recommend any of our friends and relatives to this amazing salesman and car company well done .

The sales staff I delt with were straight forward, no glossing or speal which made the experience very easy. The car was exactly as I expected when it came out of the workshops, time will tell if the car is as good as it feels but overall a very good experience.
