Had a major service check for £230. Quotation for the urgent work done just over £1200. I got other Nissan branch to do the urgent work just under £400. Was going to buy a new car. The sales man was terrible, lied, lied and lied. I read all the terms and finance before I agreed to finance the doc. Lost the deposit. They asked me to come it to discuss and to make a new deal. I didn't want to waste my time and energy anymore on this. Rather lose the couple hundred pounds of deposit and never want to see them ever again. Lie and tricks. Not good. Don’t ever go to West Way Nissan Mill Hill branch.

To start, I gave one star as there is no lower rating I can give West Way Nissan in Mill Hill. My experience was that I was lied to from the beginning to the end through my vehicle's service process. It started when I have decided to use Nissan Centre in Mill Hill 517 Watford Way, London NW7 2QR as it was more convenient for me. I needed a B service which they have quoted £369 so I agreed and confirmed the booking. One day before service at 19:00 I received a phone call that my service cost has changed now and within 24 notice I must now pay £489! I said that I have agreed for a lower cost and they told me just to come over and we will discuss it in the morning. I was given a temporary vehicle Nissan Micra 2018 they said it is same fuel type as ours which is Diesel with 55mile of fuel left. When I tried to fuel up and realise that it was Petrol not diesel and they had to call me back to confirm. So running cost were different. Vehicle was in such a mess I had to tidy it up before I could sit in it. Crisps all over the seats, tissues broken off antenna. I have pictures to show. I received a phone call that my vehicle will be ready at 16:30 It is going to be cleaned now and will be ready for us. We arrived a bit early at 15:30 so we can wait and look around I wanted to let them know I am on site but was issued with the bill to pay and was told to collect my car which is ready. I paid and went to find the car which was in a completely wrong place as where they said it will be and the car was left in a worst condition then i gave it to them for a service. Vehicle was not cleaned at all after they have completed their works which I brought to someone's attention but they had no excuse of why as it is part of they service. I got really annoyed after looking over the paper work, they have added a cost for topping up ADBLUE 10Litres. My vehicle has NO ADBLUE! I tried calling to ask why was ad blue added to my invoices as my vehicle does not have it. I was told I will get a call back, my phone rang ONCE and it switched off. I waited few minutes and called back to see if any news they have transferred me and then hanged up. I tried calling third time and more times after but now they just don't answer. My son called and tried to get a quote they have answered from a different number for my vehicle it was quoted £369 for service B. Now I still have not received my phone call, I still have no idea why I was charged for ADBLUE 10 Litres and still have no Idea why I received a phone call within 24hrs that the service price has changed when today my son has quoted same price as it was given to me at first. I don't know why I was treated like this as a customer and now being ignored but I guess that money which they have charged me for ADBLUE I will never get back as they don't want to explain to me as money now has been paid and it is in their hand/pocket now. Please be aware, I hope I helped someone to get an opinion about this centre.

Indifferent customer service and basically a pointless company. Avoid this West Way Nissan branch. Go somewhere else.

Nissan Mill Hill were top notch - part-exchanging my VW for another VW, 'Used' care Manager Sham is totally professional and customer focussed -thanks for the excellent and seamless service to the team, Faisal, Tim and SImi. Perhaps my next car will be a Nissan! REM July2018

Fantastic service received from WLMG Nissan, bought a brand new car, don’t know how but worked out cheaper than a used. Happy days. A big thankyou from my family , we love the Qashqai.
