I recently embarked on quite the journey in search of a new van, and let me tell you, it was well worth it! The Mercedes Citan had caught my eye from afar, and I found myself driving quite the distance just to get a closer look. And boy, am I glad I did. The long drive might not have been the most convenient, but let me assure you, the result was more than I could have hoped for. Shortly after purchasing the Citan, I encountered a slight issue with a part, but I didn't let that deter me. I reached out to the folks at the dealership, and to my surprise, they were incredibly swift in their response. Within a matter of days, the needed part arrived at my doorstep, and just like that, my van was back to its prime. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the team left me genuinely appreciative. Would I embark on that long journey again? Perhaps not eagerly, but without a doubt, I would do it all over again to have a van as remarkable as this one. If I were to sum up my experience with the Mercedes Citan and the dealership in one phrase, it would undoubtedly be "5 stars."

The new VW Transporter is taking some getting used to. I came from a very old van so its just getting used to all of the new tech which is the tricky thing, I'm enjoying figuring everything out though!. I am very much loving the drive of the new van it is amazing. I have only done 700 miles so far but I am hoping for many more happy miles in the future. The staff were just great all round, they were easy going, nice to do business with and got it all sorted within a day. The process was just incredible and I can't recommend these guys enough if your on the hunt for a new motor!

From start to finish the service here was amazing and we are so so pleased with how we was delt with. Me and my son purchased a VW Transporter and it's a cracking motor! The only issue is that only 2 days after we bought it we came on holiday ahah! I would certainly come back here and use them again without a doubt.

I came down to the dealership to purchase a VW Transporter and it has been brilliant, reliable and good fun to drive so far. I have had no problems and I have had no complaints in the slightest. I am chuffed with the van and I am more than happy to rate the a high 4.5... just because there is always room for improvement.

I must say that everything was absoutley fine, the Audi A3 is running a dream. I have had no issues what so ever as of yet and everything has been spot on. The customer service was very nice, laid back and each member of staff were so friendly. I would absolutely rate 5 stars.

I am over all very delighted with the VW E- Transporter, we have had no issues at all and the van runs good as new! The chaps down at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and super nice to chat to! Everything ran very smoothy and we couldn't of asked for a better service.

It was Chris who accompanied us and helped us on the test drive and he was marvellous. A Very genuine and honest chap who was more than happy to help with anything we required. He got the sale put through smoothly and wasn't pushy with his selling. It was our first outing to Westbourne Professional and I believe we would revisit again, they were exceptional.

Oliver was a really nice guy, such a knowledgeable fella and did everything he could to help us out. The whole sale from beginning to end was a breeze, I didn't really have to lift a finger.

Everything is great with the van, and the customer service couldn't have been better really. A very good experience!

I have been to the guys twice before now and I will be back to trade this one in when I am after a change. From start to end they were exceptional, they are always really welcoming and more than happy to help. The Transit has been perfect up to now, but I expect no less from these guys, they are first class!
