Josh was a really sound guy to deal with. didn't have any problems at the dealership, all the staff there seemed friendly and professional. I am really pleased with the Van I purchased, I am having an issue with the engine management light that keeps coming on intermittently, no sure as to what is causing this yet however everything else is fine.

A really simple process, i knew what I wanted there was no messing me about or long delays. The lads were helpful, I did wish they put some more petrol in the van before I took it away, however overall I am pleased.

Took the car for a test drive while I was at the dealership, felt like I was given enough time to make sure I was happy with everything. Not had an problems with the car so far and already put 6000 miles on it. All the service was good, it all went smoothly. Can't complain.

The VW Transporter seems to be running okay. I did have to take it back because it was struggling to start, so they changed the battery. I appreciated how quickly they got it sorted. On the day of the purchase, they were spot on.

The car is currently in the garage due to a fault with the AdBlue system. I contacted the warranty provider and then got in touch with Westbourne Professional. They were quick to respond, and I had no issues with the aftercare. The experience was good, no problems at all. They weren’t pushy and were straight up. I was able to take a test drive.
