The finance company has contacted us to inform us that you have retracted your complaint.... we uphold our discussions with you and this has been backed up by the finance company. We endeavour to be fair to all our customers both in their purchase with us and in after sales... however your fault was not there on purchase and due to the mileage you have covered we were unable to warrant it.

The finance company hasn’t agreed with you ? Please don’t make out they have , they wanted us to proceed with a inspection by them but a kind friend of ours has offered to help put the car right unlike you , we have voluntary asked the finance company to end the complaint as it’s caused untold stress on an already sick man who needs the car for hospital appointments please don’t carry on with your attitude towards us that we are some how to blame for the car needing a complete new engine I aske d you for help and you took this attitude of being aggressive from the start and as for the fault not being there when we brought it the onus was on you to prove it wasn’t which you cannot prove and is impossible to prove ? So please don’t insult our intelligence we were told this by trading standards our mechanic friend has pointed out that because there was a problem with the radiator that was most likely there from the start this has cause d the other problems but because we and you by the sounds of it didn’t know about it I never said to you in my one conversation with you that the fault was found from the beginning but just expected you to be reasonable , my review stands you weren’t willing to help us and took the attitude I was trying to get a free repair which wasn’t my intention I just wanted you to help and you point blankly refused , the review was more about that I had a completely different experience with you when things went wrong than when you wanted a sale , I went down the correct channels to try and solve it which is my right to do but decided I didn’t want all this stress at a very stressful time in our life’s anyway so took the very kind offer from our friend and phoned the finance company to ask for them to close the case , I wish you had handled it differently but decided to be aggressive and dismissive from the start then ignored any correspondence you told me you would write to me explaining your warranty but never did ? I could have carried on with the claim and forced you to repair the car but I like you my friend has come to the rescue
