Sharks, both Adam and Jay. Promise to sort the faults which developed after 1 day, then refused to honour the agreement. I would appreciate your assistance in avoiding this company to purchase any vehicle until they have the decency to sort out the existing problems with other customers.

Dear Bob. It would be nice if you told the truth. You gave us a car which needed its engine replacing and expected us to fix your battery problem. You knowingly part exchanged a faulty car masking the problem and expect us to fix your battery problem. Doesn't work that way and the AA have told you this and so has our legal team hence why you still have a battery problem on your vehicle. We have offered you a full refund and to give your car back so you are no worse off than when you walked into our dealership but obviously you don't want this as you know the problems with your part exchange are very serious. Please come and take your piece of junk and we will happily refund you the difference.

This is my 3rd car purchased through Westfield Motors. Brilliant and friendly service. Very honest guys to deal with. Refreshing to know that your dealing with guys that don’t cut corners and have a sincere approach to your needs. With the rise of car prices during the pandemic, these guys did a brilliant job to support my budget.

I recently went to Westfield Motors on the 13th August to have my car MOT rested and the service was great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they really know what they are talking about. My car was thoroughly checked and I felt really reassured. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

Awful experience and service from Westfield Motor House. We bought a Ford Smax for £8k with a 12 month warranty from them. The car has had persistent faults since we bought it, culminating in the gearbox going as we were driving on a main road with our 3 children in the back. Despite the car being under warranty, Westfield told us they would NOT fix the car and were incredibly unhelpful and rude. When we purchased the car they informed us that the car was covered, through them, for repairs for 12 months. However, since the car is off the road they have said that fixing the car is not their responsibility and they are unwilling to offer any help or support. We have been left with a car that is not roadworthy, and in fact the garage who have towed the car and looked at it say the car had been sold to us with an already faulty gear box that had been removed and not repaired properly before being sold on. Obviously this is a serious safety issue and irresponsible of Westfield Motors. I am writing this review in the hope that other customers will find an alternative garage to purchase their cars so that they do not end up in a situation like ours.

AFTER SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE HIGH & LOW AND VISITING SO MANY DEALERSHIPS, I CAME ACROSS WESTFIELD MOTOR HOUSE. I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE AUDI A6 THEY HAD IN THERE SHOWROOM. THE CAR WAS EXACTLY HOW IT WAS ADVERTISED. I MET JAY WHO HANDED ME THE KEYS AND LEFT ME TO DO ALL MY THOROUGH CHECKS WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. AFTER A LENGTHY TEST DRIVE JAY WENT THROUGH THE PAPER WORK, THE DETAILS AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTION I HAD. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE SALE. JAY WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PATIENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WESTFIELD MOTOR HOUSE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JAY!!!

I also searched high and low to find the car I wanted. Unfortunately the item was not of an acceptable quality, with problems developing almost immediately, (the day after purchasing it). Believing the slaver that was coming out of their mouths, and after paying for a correct diagnosis, I believed that Jay was being truthful when he told me that the repairs would be carried out at their expense, and even sending me a mail message to confirm. The day before the car should have been repaired, Adam called and said that due to the vehicle which was part exchanged, even having been checked over, having been sold to a customer had developed a fault. As such I have been told that the dealer will not pay for the safety related repairs needed to the vehicle. If this is good, please explain the meaning of Good. Honest, Fair, Truthfulness. See them in court.

I bought a 2011Jaguar xf from these modern day highwaymen . I made a point of telling Adam I didn't want a car that had been accident damaged and he assured me they didn't deal in cars that had been damaged this was a blatant lie , I have since found out the car had a replacement bumper , bonnet badly sprayed I should say and a replacement front headlight that wasn't even fixed properly as I was told by a reputable garage who informed me the car shouldn't have passed an mot . When I complained to Adam ,Jay then took over and accused me of having a crash and having a bad repair done it never seems to be their fault they have an answer for everything as ive seen in other reviews ,Jay also said they don't deal in accident damaged cars , adding without telling the customer change of story . I should point out they didn't advertise they have been in and out of liquidation this year .I have been informed by the A.A they are under investigation for their dealer promise with the A.A. as they don't adhere to the promise . Adam informed me before I bought the car if I paid by credit card there would be a 3% surcharge on the price I pointed out this was against the law and he sprouted some rubbish it wasn't him it was the people who dealt with card payments ,thankfully I did pay by card as they have taken up my case .I am sure Jay / Adam / Israr Khan will have a way of blaming me for all this but in the end I will have my day in court ,unless they go in to liquidation again and like a phoenix rise from the ashes under a different guise . I believe Adam the liar Jay the bully and Israr Khan the phantom are all one person , at least Dick Turpin the highwayman and robber had the decency to wear a mask . Henry Mutch

Dear Mr Mutch Thank you for taking out the time to write such a lengthy review, however as I imagined it would have been too much to ask for the whole truth. If you run a HPI check on your car I think you will find it is not classed as a category car (i.e damaged repaired). Therefore point number 1 - We did not sell you an accident damaged car. Point number 2. You purchased an 8 year old car which you inspected (at length might I add) and never concluded at that point that the car had replacement parts as you claim. Just like you prior to purchase, I am of the opinion that the Jaguar you purchased was a nice looking car and everything looked normal, as normal can be. You claim to have taken it to an expert (which we don't claim to be in the Body Work of vehicles) and you say they have pointed out that the car has had a replacement bonnet and light. There could be a number of reasons why this MAY be the case (after all it's an 8 year old vehicle) there could have been a scratch on the bonnet or somebody could have smashed the headlight, who knows, However as I mentioned earlier, because you and I are not experts in the field of bodywork repairs on cars, we would not notice such things whilst inspecting a vehicle (food for thought). We use an independent garage for our MOT's. We DO NOT test vehicle ourselves as we do not have the qualifications to do so. Your car was presented to you with a 12 month MOT. Your vehicle passed an MOT. You took the car to an independent garage who also agreed that your car would pass an MOT, however they have said there should have been some advisories on there. We do not do MOT's as I said before. How can we be to blame for this? You might want to look up the word 'Advisory' in the dictionary. Your car is FIT FOR PURPOSE and nowhere in our advert did it say selling a Jaguar with ALL day one original parts, we wouldn't open ourselves up to such nonsense as it is an 8 Year old car. Having just spoke to the AA they have confirmed we are not under any investigation as you wrongly mention and they are putting your argument across to us for us to review and try and resolve (which you fail to mention we have also attempted to do). Also very importantly I would like to add that as per our string of emails to each other and as I have today told the AA, I am more than willing to have a look at the vehicle and inspect the alleged faults and put right what is necessary. I once again offer you to bring back the vehicle so we can resolve this. It is clear from the above that we have done nothing wrong and you are trying to tarnish our dealerships credibility. I can assure you we have many happy returning customers and hopefully when people read this they will be able to make up their own mind. All the best. Jay

Mr Mutch Be assured it is Jay you are speaking to and I look forward to seeing you in court if it ever gets there. So you claim the car had bald tyres on the rear? Well we know you are lying because YOUR mot station states they were legal? So you are the one who is lying. It would be fair to say you have difficulty of seeing as you did not make such a claim when you inspected the car for over 30 minutes and drove away perfectly happy. The headlight could have become loose by you bumping it (we've already established your eyesight isn't the best). Same goes for the number plate light. The ball joint has movement because it is supposed to do that and as you drive these things wear just like mine and your joints and bones do over time. Again the professional MOT station who we use and who have been trading for over 25 years didn't seem to think the ball joint had any play. We can only rely on what they tell us. Therefore I would appreciate it if you would not call us liars and cheats and conmen, as we have proved who is lying. Now once again let us inspect the vehicle and IF you are correct I will bear the cost of ALL the repairs. Have a nice day Jay

I bought my car from Jay at Westfield Motor House, the whole experience from start to finish was flawless, excellent. Jay was amazing to talk to, very honest and very generous with his time, he made you feel that your were important and was happy to talk at length. I had asked for additional photos of the car in question, within the hour my inbox was filled with loads of extra photos and a message from him saying if I wanted any more photos all I had to do was ask, he would be happy to arrange more photos for me. Jay was the main guy I dealt with and he kept in constant contact and helped with everything, I live quite far away so I couldn't get down to see the car myself so Jay walked me through the car over the phone and was very honest with the car. I had the lifted by professional transporter, Jay went above and beyond the call of duty even staying late for me as the transporter was late, Jay rang me reassuring me not to worry he would stay for the lorry and wanted to personally ensure the car was loaded and sent off safely for me. True gent all the way and kept in touch right up after the car arrived and checked in with me on what I thought of the car, which was amazing, it was everything and more, beautiful car, We still keep in touch and he is helping me source my next car, I trust Jay and the staff at Westfield completely, Im extremely fussy when it comes to cars and I completely trust Jay when he says he will take care of something, he means it, very honest and up front, rare in todays game when there is so many cowboys out there. Westfield puts that confidence back into the trade that you can buy a car with confidence again. Very easy to deal with, friendly, up front and honest, happy to help, putting the customer care up front and adding that personal touch assuring you that your business with them is important and means allot to them. Happy to return and do business with them again.
