Cheers to the chaps who sorted my new Peugeot Partner for me..,I think his name was Ben but they were all good to deal with to be fair

I’d been searching for a Ford Ranger for a while when one advertised by Wheelers caught my eye. Chipping Norton is about 45 minutes from me, so I arranged to visit and take a look. Tom greeted me and was really helpful in setting up a test drive. The customer service from everyone at the dealership was perfect. Honestly, spot on. The only reason I’m not giving full marks is that I had to wait three weeks to get the truck. Unfortunately during that time, my partner had an accident which left us without transport much sooner than expected. That said, I completely understand the change in circumstances wasn’t Wheelers’ fault and I’m chuffed with the Ranger and the service overall.

With two kids under the age of three, choosing the right family car was really important to us. Ben at Wheelers was absolutely great — welcoming, patient, and completely understanding of the fact we had the kids with us. He made the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. We needed a car quickly as we had just had our car written off after an accident, looking at adverts online we found a car of interest with Wheelers. I called and spoke with a Ryan who gave us a lot of confidence about their company and the car we wanted to buy. We exchanged emails and discussed warranties. We proceeded to buy the car transferred monies and the car was delivered 2 days later by another nice guy. The car was exactly what we wanted the initial description was accurate and Ryan's description thereafter on the phone.
