Honestly, I am over the moon with Wheelers. I could not be happier. Going here is genuinely the best thing I have ever done. The service, right from the start, was spot-on. Tommy has been nothing but helpful — what a great asset to the team. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, with no pressure or sales tactics. This is exactly what I was looking for. I did have an issue with a warning light coming on, but they were more than willing to help, getting me booked in and resolving all the issues. This is what aftersales should be. If you ever go to Wheelers, you will be able to tell straight away that they truly care about their customers and the experience they provide. Honestly, there is nowhere else I will go for a van again. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. When speaking to other people, it turns out they also purchased from Wheelers and had the exact same opinion. They are a very trusted dealership to me, and I could not speak more highly or recommend them enough.

I am happy with the car, and the customer service was okay. However, just as some points of feedback, I feel that better communication was needed in my experience and would be helpful for future customers as well, to make it a more pleasant purchase. I had a service light come up on the car shortly after getting it, and when I called, I was told they never said they would carry out a service. I ended up having to get this done myself, but I just wish this had been made clearer at the time of purchase. I was also told that the vehicle would be cleaned, but it wasn’t. Again, if I had been told there wasn’t time and that I would need to do it myself, that would have been fine. It just wasn’t communicated to me. That’s the feedback I have. Other than that, I am pleased with the vehicle.

I am pleased with the vehicle, and Tom was great throughout the whole process. However, my wife and I felt the handover could have been a lot better. It was someone else doing the handover, not Tom, and to be honest, I found him to be quite rude. He gave us the keys and then said, the car is over there somewhere. I was actually quite shocked by this, and it did dim the whole experience, as Tom was great and so is the car.

Enquired about vivaro,appointment made to see Ben ,.viewed van ,I had my friend with me who is Echols technician,,he asked if he could plug his diagnostic machine in to check vexhile which he agree to without hesitation ,no faults with diagnostic ,gave me set of trade plates and let us take vechile out fr a test drive .was very happy with vechile so I bought it .Ben sorted all paper work fr me very straightforward and he sorted the tax out aswell .Very happy with the service he provided,would definitely be going to him again when I change my vehicle again . Purchased a weekend car from Wheelers, I am very pleased with it. There was a delay in me getting it just due to me finding the time to go up and collect it, however in that time wheelers looked after the car, made sure it was on hold for me and where understanding about it all. They are a really good dealership everything is presented nicely and looks clean, also have a wide selection of vehicles, something for everyone. So far the car has been fine. I can't fault anything.

Everything is great! Really pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Amber who helped with the purchase was just brilliant. Very efficient, helpful, had everything prepared and made the whole process easy and quick. No complaints at all would highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we felt under no pressure at all. We were welcomed by Ryan and he was very helpful and Very knowledgeable and once we had the keys to the vehicle we wanted to try he left us alone. Loved that. Great price they offered for my part ex. Better than anywhere else. We bought a Range Rover Evoque. Complete with full service, new MOT and with no advisories. I would confirm I will definitely come back again.
