Had some trouble finding the wheel jack which was a bit frustrating but I've located it now so all's good.

I'm writing this five star review as I found the team here to be very helpful and easy process-wise, plus my car was impeccable when I collected it!

I’ve just realised I can’t find the jack or the wheel brace so this is my reminder to get touch about that...I just haven’t had time yet! I honestly have no complaints about the service from Tom and the team at Wheelers Chipping Norton and I’m getting on really well with my van.

All’s good with my new Peugeot 3008. I’d dealt with Amber all the way through, but she actually broke down on her way into work on the day of collection, so a guy called Sam stepped in and handled the handover for her which was perfectly fine 🙂

My Volvo V60’s actually the second car I’ve bought from them because they’re very good. It was nice to get a courtesy call after the purchase too. The only thing I’ve noticed is the handbrake might be sticking a bit sometimes, so I’ll see how I get on — I might get in touch for them to take a look. Hopefully I’ll get the same level of service if I bring it back. I have no reason to doubt them as they've always been great to date. They gave me a bit of a discount and I’ve never had any problems or hiccups with them.

My experience with Wheelers has been really good actually. It's definitely one of the better experiences (and better cars) I’ve had from a dealership. I did have an issue pop up about a week into owning the Fiat, but they got it straight back into the garage and sorted it immediately so I’m really happy with them. They’ve been professional, quick with everything and really communicative throughout.
