I only do around 3,000 miles a year, but so far everything has been good with no issues. Ryan was very helpful on the day, and if I were to buy another car, I would check to see if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

I loved my old 420 M Sport but the mileage was getting pretty high, so I decided to switch into a newer 3 Series from Wheelers. It's a good upgrade and it's going really well so far. I had a couple of drivetrain error messages, but they've not recurred for a few weeks now so I'm hoping that was just an issue from the car sitting around at the dealership. I was happy with the service from Amber and the team at Wheelers, and would rate them a solid four out of five.

I would rate Wheelers a 4 stars out of 5. The car was prepped to a high standard and the process was very smooth from reservation to purchase. The only gripe I had was the prep time. It took two weeks to prep the car. It needed a couple of things but nothing major. However I know this is not the norm. It was a particularly busy period indeed.

I was specifically looking for a BMW 3 Series on AutoTrader when I came across an advertisement for one at Wheelers. I went to view the vehicle, and the whole process was really good, especially the saleswoman Amber, who was very nice and helpful.
