I brought an XF Jaguar in July 2022, on the way home i had electrical issues and had to take it straight back. and then after that i made approx 20 more trips due to electrical & engine management issues. i had to use there loan car on numerous occasions and it is a tip. I am still now having problems with the car to the tune of thousands of pounds

Recently purchased a 2015 Qashqai, couldn't believe how smooth the process was. Found online, discussed on phone, I was provided with a full video and details images. Then agreed the price (top value) before it was delivered to my door!! It felt like a brand new car, 3 months later it still does. They even followed up to make sure I was still delighted, which I absolutely am. Thanks Whitestone, highly recommend!

Terrible car, terrible service and very obnoxious

Purchased a car several months ago, warranty is non-existant as doesn't fit in with value of car so pointless. V5c New Keeper supplement not sent off, had to apply for it with additional cost and wait times (blamed the DVLA yet they never filed the paperwork). Car mileage was 20% INCORRECT between sale proposal and when taking receipt of vehicle with explanation of "admin error" yet the owner is the admin! Several other issues including shoddy servicing highlighted by a competent garage saying oil hadn't been changed in over 12 months despite WSV saying they changed it pre-handover. Avoid these cowboys.

Fast service with great customer care. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.
