I have bought my cars from Whitestone vehicle sales since they opened in about 2010, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are extremely helpful and always go that extra mile to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

Brought a car that told me they sent log book off pure lies had to apply myself cost £20 tried to contact no reply . Charlatans

Having just purchased a car from Whitestone Vehicle Sales I just had to write a review because of how helpful the guys were down at Whitestone (Especially Jack). I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with but they were so friendly and helpful throughout and I couldn't be happier with my new motor.

On the way back from purchasing the car from Whitestone Vehicle Sales the head gasket went. But personally it was already gone and they knew about it. Give then a chance to repair it had it 3 and a half weeks. Got the car back broke down again same problem. Was diagnosed by a trust mechanic I always use. I played for both recover costing me 400 pounds also as I live in the west midlands. After I give them the car back they tried to push it back on me. Then when I asked for the money back for the deposit they said that I had neglected the car. Basically trying to make there money back on the car that they had spent on repairs. Do not go to this garage! They scammed me out of a 1000 pound i only 21 and was at the time a lot of money which took me ages to save. Lost in access of 1500 pound traveling, deposit, and recovery absolutely disgusted.

Whitestone Vehicle Salwes were dishonest & full of lies only had my car 4 months and have had to pay hundreds getting work done that I should of been advised about I am looking into taking legal action.

Awful experience, car broke down first morning after buying it with the engine failing. They begrudgingly took it back and plugged a diagnostics machine into it which showed no fault so didn’t want to know. Car broke down many many many times again which they didn’t care about at all due to diagnostics machine saying no fault. Typical case of ‘computer says no’. ended up going to a different garage and they fixed it after spending A LOT of money on it. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Customers are to be valued. Look after them and they will return. Whitestone Vehicle Sales treat them like mugs. It is a game to get your money and then the door is closed. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.
