Avoid avoid avoid! Awful people - Abusive and rude when in the wrong. Shouted at my girlfriend when she asked for paperwork relating to my car. Appalling. Warranty not worth paper written on.

Not recommend this dealer to anyone,as they selling completely different car as from pictures, they tried to mug me off. On picture is a nice car, but when you go there they are showing you same model but completely different car which is probably not worth uploading pictures on net.

I purchased a Mercedes ml320 and flew down from Scotland to pick it up ,it was as described in great condition .they had checked it over as promised and even fitted 4 new quality tyres to it .a special mention to Tom the salesman who was easy to deal with friendly ,helpful and reliable,he said he would post me car mats and Bluetooth adapter,going on past experience with many garages I never really expected them but to my delight the did arrive the following week.so thank you for 5 star plus customer service

Do not waste your time or money with this shoddy dealership!!! I brought a car and warranty, which is worthless!!!!. Spent £10,000, six months later the car had to have work done costing me £2000! When I called the manager Joe, he proceeded to tell me that this was not is problem and that I should have researched the car, which I had. The sales manager Joe will not take my call and hasn’t responded to my emails. They were very quick to take my money and switched when issues with the car came to light. I spoke with a salesman at Audi who said that I should have been told a specific peace of information relating to the spec on this particular model. It’s a standard practice of any decent cars salesperson specific question’s when selling them a car. Audi have said had they not given this information, they would have been liable for all cost and repairs. They were so horrified they deducted some costs from my repairs bill. The Williams group is shoddy with shoddy salesmanship, stay away! Take heed DO NO BUY FROM the Williams Group. You may regret it

I bought a 57 plate Lexus IS220d sport from Williams group ltd as a Christmas present for my wife. The car was immaculate as they described except for the alloy wheels so they had them professionally refurbished for me and they looked like new. It was the cheapest one in the country for its spec mileage etc. They delivered the car to me in cardiff (free of charge) 2 days after Christmas the car started smoking! Williams group told me to take it to a garage of my choice in Cardiff and get it diagnosed and they would pay for it. I took it to a Lexus specialist and they said it was either piston rings or head gasket. Williams group offered to pay for the car to be repaired regardless of cost however a job of this nature would take a while to be completed and It put me off the car a bit. I asked Williams group for my money back! Without any arguments they sent someone down from Kent to Cardiff to collect the car and they refunded my all of my money, deposit, warranty everything within 30 minutes.

As with most other reviews for this company, avoid using at all costs! To cut a long story short, the vehicle had major issues mechanically. Court action was the only way to go with this firm.
