Brought Jaguar XF 2010 reg,with 16k on the clock plus dealers put new brake pads on and was told that they had balanced the wheels. When I had a service done a month later had to have new brake discs and pads as they were so bad and the wheels were buckled. Phone calls and emails were ignored. Will never use this Williams Group dealership in Maidstone ever again.

Everything went as well as it could when I bought my car from Williams Group in Maidstone back in the early part of this year. When I went to pick the car up it was ready and waiting, it was in pristine condition and has been running great ever since. This is a dealership I recommend.

Do not touch the Warranty. What a waste of money. I recently claimed for a new radiator after 4 days the garage is still waiting for the go ahead. Spending over an hour on hold. We were told that the williams group could get a rad for £190 but it won't be here for a further week. We were then told to go ahead with a patten part but the Warranty company will only pay 75% of the £190 ??? How can they justify this? They ignore what is in black and white. Grrrr Do not touch this group.
