I made the mistake of buying a car from this company. I am writing this to try to ensure others avoid the experience I have had. The salesman, Chris, provided incorrect information about the car and the manager, Jaz, who was going to review the transcripts of the recorded sales conversations between Chris and I never did provide an outcome and address the matter. When I followed up on this Chris himself informed me the manager had left and there was no replacement manager. Chris appears to believe the issue goes away with the manager leaving. The company has taken some responsibility, after much hard work on my part, for 2 of the problems but I am left with the remainder of the problem. Chris is now advising as I brought the car just over a month ago, despite my raising this issue well within this time, the company will not address the issue or provide a refund. I am left to follow this up through formal channels. I would not recommend this company as the car is not as described and the after sales experience has been and remains stressful.

First time buying from Williams and it was a simple and easy process. Nick looked after me very well and provided a video tour of the car post purchase to ensure I was comfortable with the condition of the car which was exactly as described. The car itself is great and was in top condition on collection. No issues at all and happy to recommend Williams Group and Nick to any prospective purchaser.

WOW!! what a company and what fantastic service!! I have just bought a car from the Williams Group maidstone, Kent and I can honestly say Jaz and the team are sooo helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond what they need to do. Communication is extremely good and quick either on the phone or emails..The car was exactly as described and beautifully cleaned and polished including sanitized due to covid guidelines. Jaz takes great precautions in keeping you covid safe this was very nice to see. I was treat with great respect and felt comfortable to ask any questions and even a little humour thrown in and if that wasn't enough I was given 2 x bottles of wine in appreciation of my custom.. I recently bought a Mercedes E63 AMG. I spoke to Jas over the phone, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Then on arrival mainly dealt with Chris Moseley (Senior sales), who was more than helpful and went the extra mile organising everything for a smooth sale for me. All members of staff there were very polite and helpful. Could not be more happy with my car! Absolutely stunning Mercedes (and great sounding engine!)! Would highly recommend this company and would definitely do business with them again!
