We purchased a fantastic BMW through Williams Group and had an excellent experience. From the outset Tom was attentive and courteous, arranging a viewing and short notice - he let us take our own time to look at the car alone, no quibbles over taking a test drive and no pressure to buy at all. The car itself was just as described and in amazing condition apart from some minor body damage which they had repaired no questions in their body shop when I noticed it, and they MoT'd the car prior to collection - it turned out the rear tyres were a failure so they put some nearly new ones on for no cost. As a wholesaler they're inflexible on price, but the price felt very fair for the car so no problems there. They're also in a lovely part of the countryside, conveniently positioned near the local pub - overall an unexpectedly pleasant buying experience! Thanks Tom and team.

I recently bought a car from Williams Group Maidstone which turned out to have some difficult-to-resolve issues, which were not the fault of the dealership in any way. I was very happy with the eventual outcome, which was handled really well by Justin & Nick, who also went out of their way to minimise any inconvenience to me during the process and also offered me a couple of alternative options. I would certainly be happy to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Bought a car from Williams group in Maidstone. Basically the car sold to me had faulty rear brakes which I reported. The brake issues where resolved however a further 5600 pounds worth of work was discovered leaking rear suspension leaking power steering rack OSF wish bone excessive clearance. All faults fount had been hidden in previous MOT Certificates these have been copied / retained and will be used as evidence. The company ripped me off with my part Exchange vehicle and left me car less without any apologies or compensation. Avoid this garage at all costs go else where. The vehicle was returned / rejected.

Recently bought a Mercedes SLK from Williams Group - Maidnehead - and wanted to say what good customer service I received. It was refreshing to have a female salesperson (no offence to the guys!), who talked me through the details on the car and the aftercare, so I felt confident in the purchase. Frankie is a wealth of information and guided me through the process clearly, answering any questions I had. There were a few minor details that needed to be sorted out on the car and all faults were rectified to high standard. When I collected the car a week later, I decided at the very last moment that i would take out the Williams Ceramic Coat and Frankie went out of her way to ensure this was completed in the least time possible (putting 4 of her guys on the job) so I didn't have to the usual 2 hours it takes to complete. No hesitation in using this company again and I love driving the car too.

No issues, car was very well valleted and attended to. The staff at Williams Group talked through all extras and warrany but the choice was mine. There was no pressure to buy anything extra.

I have recently purchased a car from Jaz at Williams Group, having purchased from them 2 years ago. Again my experience as a customer was a really good one. Jaz has what some may call a unique style about him, but it is a style I really like. I work in sales so probably the hardest person to sell too. Jaz was friendly but not over friendly/ false like some. He obviously loves what he does . The deal that was done was to everyone's satisfaction, I was happy with the part ex price on my car, the car I was purchasing was priced well- yes profit in the car for them but that is business- however I didn't make them too much profit :-) Would happily recommend Williams Group and Jaz to my clients as well
