Great professional service with fantastic selection of cars. Speedy, detailed and very helpful info received when query submitted on Autotrader. I am located in Rep of Ireland and Williams Group went the extra mile to ensure I had full vehicle details including photos, personalised video and query response before I travelled over. They even organised transport from the airport!! These guys are trust worthy and only stock cars in great condition with high specs. The salesperson Jaz was very helpful and a car expert. When I arrived, the car was is excellent condition and immaculate inside and out. I would highly recommend this dealership for a high quality used car.

I went in with clear insight and knew exactly what i wanted and expected in return for part exchange. Despite having initial hesitation on arrival as the offices are only portakabins, it was quickly evident that given the variety of cars and the welcoming atmosphere and experience i was met with, soon pushed that hesitation aside. Having pre-called to arrange the appointment, I was shown to the car and left to inspect while the trade plates were bought to me. Took an accompanied test drive and any questions/ concerns were answered. Went inside whilst my car was checked and 'validated' for part exchange including checking local specialists that i had used to 'verify' my side (only expected given the potential problems that can arise). Provided with all documentation I would expect on a second hand vehicle and given time to review these uninterrupted and any questions quickly and honestly answered. Came to do the deal and came straight to the point and being very realistic on what i would expect on my part exchange and to what i felt the vehicle was worth and a deal was quickly arranged based on my figures of what i wanted and came with initially. Drove away about 30 mins later in the new vehicle. Due to the transfer of a private plate, there were a few complexities which did not phase them and these were dealt with swiftly and professionally and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Having been a car enthusiast for the last 20 years, I have bought, part exchanged/ sold more than 30 cars and by far this was this best experience I have ever had. Key things to remember are - set your expectations for what your car is worth - it is always worth less than you expect. try a few other garages to gauge a part exchange value first. Go in with what you want for your car and what else you are prepared to spend on the new one, be honest and upfront otherwise you are wasting your time. never wonder about the 'what if's or maybes', if it is meant to be it will be.... Although it sounds like I know this company and am doing them a favour, I can assure you this is the first time i have used them and the first time i have ever felt worth writing a review. if you want to contact me directly, I dealt with Jaz from the Williams Group and part exchanged a Range Rover for an Audi S4 (I have sent this directly to him) and i am happy for him to pass on my details to verify this information if needed. The car required a new alternator a few days after purchasing and they quickly repaired the car.

I had been looking for one of these vehicles for some time and when I saw this one it was exactly what I had been looking for - spec, year and price were all right. After purchasing the car, the custermer service was very personable, and the 3 year warranty from the Williams Group I was disappointed to find that after a month the rear suspension failed. This was quoted at £1500 for parts and labor and to start with was apparently 'outside of my warranty'. Naturally I was rather disappointed to have to pay out another large sum of money so soon after purchasing the car but was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Justin at the Williams Group. He informed that as the fault had occurred so soon after purchase that they would foot the bill for the repair. This was a gesture that they they didn't have to make but one that really did reinstate my faith in the secondhand motor trade. I would highly recommend the Williams Group. They have a great selection of cars at fantastic prices and they are really working hard to improve their customer feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Kind regards, jack Salter-Vaile
