I purchased a Jaguar from William Group and was assisted by Tom from day 1 so no having to repeat anything by speaking to different Sales people. Before leaving and on the test drive I asked multiple questions, many of which were specific to this car and Tom could answer all of them so had obviously done his homework. The whole process of purchasing the car was made extremely easy and my car was taken in part exchange at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Tom and Williams Group and will no doubt be visiting them for my next car purchase

My dealings with Nick Penn from the Williams group was a pleasure from start to finish. The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived to inspect it and we agreed the purchase within 30 mins. Everything including the way this group does business was fully explained with no frills, bells or whistles to complicate things. It was fully valated and ready when I arrived to collect it and after some quick form signing I was on my way. No flash showroom or salesman to pay for and I got a straight no nonsense deal from what I feel was a helpful, honest salesman. Great friendly service, salesman Tom very friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. Plenty of stock for us to look at. We were allowed to take the car for a test drive on our own this was great to have a good look at what the car offered. Would definitely recommend.
