Avoid Williams Group Maidstone at all costs. They sold me a car saying it had full service history. When i bought the car they said the history book was with the dealer and would be forwarded to me after 4 months i still haven received it. After numerous phone calls that no one ever returns your call i will now be taking these to trading standards and court for a refund on the vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WILLIAMS GROUP MAIDSTONE.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. Slightly wrong as you are well aware. We did sell you a lovely Jaguar XJR with just 14000 miles. Which you told us you were over the moon with. We did have to buy you a service book as the Jaguar Main dealer had mislaid it. We ended up buying 3!!!! Every time we sent the book in to the various Jaguar Main dealers, they, not us lost the book. I personally kept you up to date and you have got the book and a copy of the service invoice that we carried out before you picked up your car. Not sure what else you want or would expect????? A good experience. I bought a BMW 535 estate from Williams Group Maidstone and found a few problems with the car when I got it home. They took it back, gave me a Jaguar XF as a courtesy car, and fixed all the issues. No quibbling, no arguments - they just sorted it. Ranj the sales agent was brilliant, and I'd certainly use them again, but I love the Beemer so much I can't ever see myself changing it!

Warranty ripoff, major problems with the car that the dealer refused to fix, is a volume business based out of an old portacabin. Wish I'd done some research before buying from them. Had the car a few months, needs new brakes, has rust, electrical problems... the list goes on. Please, please, please don't buy from them. You will regret it !

Maybe you chose the wrong one? Yes our offices are 3 upto date portacabins and we stock circa 130 prestige cars. We don't have big glass showrooms. Im writing this review as i believe that most of us always put the bad BUT never the good when it happens. I purchased a Range rover sport from this company and its been A1 PLUS all the way. The car is fantastic, the service i received was professional, and the staff exceptional. I felt with a guy called Jaz Madan and he was straight with me as i was with him, made the whole experience buying a car from these guys a pleasurable experience. WELL DONE I will definitely buy from you again.

I'd been looking for some time for an Audi S5 and saw a car advertised from the Williams Group which was a decent price and low mileage but unfortunately I was away working in Italy at the time and therefore thought I'd miss out. I spoke to a salesman named Ashley and through interaction with him felt fully reassured and ended up purchasing the vehicle following a car inspection conducted by an independent inspection company. The car saled through the inspection and after owning the car for a week now I have to report I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to any potential buyers a very professional and courteous approach to car sales and top quality merchandise ☆☆☆☆☆

Avoid AT ALL COSTS, this company tries the hard sell and tells you they have people interested in the car to get you to buy before you are ready. Make sure you don't buy a car from them in the first place and hopefully these shoddy sales pitches disappear too, I told them I would be ready with a deposit on Friday but was asked three times to pay before the Friday when I said before I couldn't do the money before Friday. They also said the warranty was in the price, when pushed they said you don't need the warranty. Also they said the price would be going up after they advertised for a lower price because they had the wheels refinished. They are not a good garage at all. Poor sales people with horrible and underhand tactics. Do not use at all and save yourself a lot of grief and hassle.

Richard. Sometimes we just can't win. We told you that we had other interested parties in the car. All we did was give you the option to secure the car before you came down. The car obviously was sold to another party as you withdrew your interest saying we were trying to push you into buying it. This was never our intention. We treat all our cars like stocks and shares. We have to price them to the UK market. They do go up and down in price according to how the used car market is performing. With our warranties we advise all our customers to cover themselves. If you chose not too take one with the car, then that is your perogative. We have spoken in length about your enquiry and have agreed to disagree. So early this year we bought a car from Williams and then someone hit us at the back the car was write off we were devastated so we went back to Williams trusting them got a car then the car was pulling on the left tyres too big! Call them they told us they will reimburse the cost but then they refused saying they will on,y pay half !,,,as far as am aware it's illegal to sell faulty car we are reporting to trading standard. I call and the manager at Williams was so rude they don't care about customers. We bought 2 cars in a year and we still didn't get a good customer service they are bad bad people
Everything has been great since I went to Williams Group back in June! up to now I have had no issues with the car at all! The car was really nice and clean and in good condition and the staff were quite helpful. I bought a Mercedes Benz A180 and I love it. I would recommend this dealership.
