My contact was Shakira, she was professional, helpful and knowledgeable all the way through the buying process. She provided confidence in the car and was very transparent with us particularly in the first video call when we wanted to see the real condition of the car before we travelled over 100 miles to view it. She answered all of our many questions and was extremely responsive over phone and email.

On Friday afternoon I booked an appointment for the next morning at Williams Group Maidstone. The seller knew I was from Dudley, so he knew I was more than 3 hours away. The next day the "seller" Peter called me at around 9 am, when I was already 2 hours in driving and said that late last night his colleague took the deposit from someone else and when I asked if it was a joke because I was on my way, he started to laugh and then said that he will let me know if the car won't sell and I didn't even hear a sorry from him. Wasted 5 hours driving for nothing. When I came back home I read all of the reviews and I am more than happy that I didn't buy the car from them. Thank you, Peter.

My husband fell in love with a Jaguar he saw on the website and we arranged an appointment with Peter to go an see it last week and it was perfect, just what we were looking for! I saw the exact car I was after (BMW 2 series coupe) and decided to book to view. Tom gave me the option of placing a £500 deposit to secure the car, which I was a little sceptical of doing, but was assured that if for any reason the car wasn’t as I expected, I would get this back. So I paid the deposit and went to view the car up the following day. It was absolutely beautiful and completely immaculate! I was very impressed and happy with the car. I decided there and then I wanted to buy it, and Tom was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. I had a small hiccup regarding the tyres a couple of days after purchasing the car, but I emailed the Tom and he responded quickly and they reimbursed me fully for the money I spent out, which is excellent customer service. They have made buying a car stress free and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Williams Group in Maidstone anyone looking to buy a new car, give this place a try. They are fantastic.

My whole experience has been fantastic . Peter sent me a video of the car and also because we live in Cornwall and I had the car picked up he even sent me a video of it leaving on the trailer . When it arrived it was exactly as Peter said it was. Yes I would by another car from these guys . Well done williams group!
