From beginning to end the service from Williams Motor Company in Crewe was second to none. The salesman Andy was friendly, informative and never put any pressure on me during the sale. Overall i'm very pleased with the service and the Mercedes I bought from this dealership.

Great experience from start to finish. Very transparent and happy to answer any questions. Collecting the car on the day from Andy was a breeze, and he explained everything very clearly. Couldn't recommend Williams Motor Company in Crewe or Andy more.

So far so good with my Vauxhall Astra, fingers crossed it stays like that. I haven't had it for that long but I've still managed to do a couple of hundred mile roundtrips up and down the motorway without any issues. Since purchasing the car, I've taken it to a paint specialist which is surprisingly hard to get an appointment for. It's all sorted now, and Andy has agreed to cover the cost, which is helpful.

Williams Motor Company is a great place to get your next car from. I was really happy with the team who looked after me while I was in the dealership, and I felt everyone I had the chance to speak to was superb. While I was enquiring about the Mercedes B-Class not once did I feel any sort of pressure, it was nice and relaxed. Since driving away I've taken the car on some good drives, including a trip from Birmingham to Liverpool and back to pick up the dogs who fit in the car perfectly. I love it!

Since driving away I've had to get the body work buffed out but otherwise, it's been a brilliant car. I can't remember the name of the salesman but when I arrived to collect the Velar the team was great. It was a smooth handover with no delays.

The car had a few of issues from day one. Couple of warning lights came on & a new turbo had to be fitted. Once these were fixed I'm very happy with the car & service provided. I found Rob, the mechanic, very helpful and addressed these issues quickly with help from Lucas, the computer guy (these guy's are invaluable). Found the sales assistant & team helpful explaining the sales process etc & organising everything so we could collect the car in just one week. Also helpful in organising the car issues to be addressed & quickly fixed. Thanks for all your help so far & I'm sure Williams Motor Company will be there should the car require further assistance.

From the moment I looked around the car to purchasing, I can't fault the guys service. I've had loads of Peugeots in the past so it's safe to say I know my way around them now and everything has been absolutely fine. 5 out of 5 for sure and if it was out of 10 I'd say 10 out of 10.

Very appreciative of Andy's customer service. I thought he was very friendly and he was happy to answer any questions we had about the Volkswagen UP. After taking the car out for a quick test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. Other than having trouble tuning the radio, I like the car.
