He took the time to go through everything in detail with us, answered all our questions, and gave us the space to make our decision without any pressure. They sent out a replacement mirror to my house without delay and even promised to cover the cost of fitting once I find the time to take it to a garage. The customer service has been faultless, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything was handled.

So far so good with my Vauxhall Astra, fingers crossed it stays like that. I haven't had it for that long but I've still managed to do a couple of hundred mile roundtrips up and down the motorway without any issues. Since purchasing the car, I've taken it to a paint specialist which is surprisingly hard to get an appointment for. It's all sorted now, and Andy has agreed to cover the cost, which is helpful.

Williams Motor Company is a great place to get your next car from. I was really happy with the team who looked after me while I was in the dealership, and I felt everyone I had the chance to speak to was superb. While I was enquiring about the Mercedes B-Class not once did I feel any sort of pressure, it was nice and relaxed. Since driving away I've taken the car on some good drives, including a trip from Birmingham to Liverpool and back to pick up the dogs who fit in the car perfectly. I love it!

Since driving away I've had to get the body work buffed out but otherwise, it's been a brilliant car. I can't remember the name of the salesman but when I arrived to collect the Velar the team was great. It was a smooth handover with no delays.
