Bought a car over Christmas was promised I would have it before Christmas which I did. A guy called Londin helped me every step of the way, what a credit he is to Wilson and co couldn’t have asked for better customer service and help. So a big thank you to Wilson & Co Vauxhall Bolton.
Called into Wilson & co Bolton, regarding a scratch I had on my car, I was greeted by Danny from the body work department, Danny informed me of options open to me, after picking a option Danny took the car there and then and within 10 minutes he had rectified the scratch, much to my delight, recommend to all, fast and efficient service.

Great at selling you a car but anything else piss poor.
No Stars. After phoning again and again and again A finally answered and reported that the car is sold. I have spoken to S and C. I said I would buy the car at the agreed price within the agreed timeframe yesterday and both phoned and emailed to confirm this. Imagine my surprize to be told last night that the papers were waiting on A's desk and he would complete the sale today to then be told today that the car has been sold to another dealership. So Wilson and Co Bolton have treated me absolutely appallingly, reneging on an agreed sale, at the full asking price, to sell it to a Kia dealership the following day. They did not have the decency to ring me back and be clear about what is going on but various staff have been giving me the run around all day saying that they will ring back etc.... I will absolutely recommend that the public do not use this dealership to buy a car, as their word means nothing and they are willing to act in such unethical and unprofessional ways. I have wasted two days now.

Really friendly and helpful staff, good quality cars and brilliant service. I would happily recommend Wilson & Co. I have had no issues at all with my Vauxhall Corsa at all. It was a great price and looked like new. I would buy from here again.

On a Thursday in Jan' 2017 we agreed to buy a Fiesta Titanium for £8k from Wilson & Co in Bolton. In the evening the dealer rang to say that a fault had been found on the car and it could not be sold. Two days later the same car was offered by this dealer on Autotrader for £9,500. Draw your own conclusions!
Came to look at a car 4 week ago left a deposit after 15 min of him practically begging. seen the same car else were. Asked for deposit back turned rude and now I'm still waiting for my deposit back after 4 week. Charlie isn't interested in sendin me MY money back. TERRIBLE service
I picked up my new car today - very happy with the overall service ! The customer care was excellent from Conal and he appreciated the feedback I gave him from each test drive - I hope I have a good experience with my car and the at I don't need any other aftercare ! If I have to make one criticism it would be the amount of paper work and time it took but other than that 10/10
