This was my first car purchase for a car that was just for me. I went with a VW Golf and I am very happy with it, no issues at all, everyone at the dealership was really helpful, Carlton helped throughout the whole process, even going out of his way to take me to the post office to help with the paperwork. It was all in all a quick process the only thing I can fault is I felt the car could have been cleaned better but apart from that no complains for the guys.

Where to start... I can't even begin to explain how outstanding Windmill Autos are. From start to finish, everything was spot-on. I purchased a Toyota Auris Hybrid, and I absolutely love it. It's great compared to a petrol or diesel car. I have recently started using it as a daily car, and I have not had one issue. The customer service from Windmill Autos was amazing – I even met the owner, who was a great man. They went above and beyond for me in every aspect. I also have to say the prices are great. I bought the car for £1000 cheaper than what's on the market, and when I was walking around looking at all the other cars, I noticed they were all below average price – such good deals all around! I couldn't recommend them enough. My sister is actually looking for a new car, and I've already called up. I'm now waiting until more options come in for her. I wouldn't send her anywhere else. Everything was spot-on and just outstanding in every aspect.

No waiting around with these guys, they were super attentive. Every single person there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Just what I wanted.

There was no hard sell I was able to look around the car on my own and take it for a drive on my own. The whole experience was hassle free. All my questions about the car were answered and the actual purchase process was carried out quickly and smoothly.

I had an issue with the windscreen when purchasing the car, but these guys dealt with it immediately and had it all fixed within a few days, They were really responsive and informative during the whole sales and aftersales process. I will continue to recommend these guys moving forwards.

Everything went well but I was promised a manual for the car but I have never received it.

I called the day before to have a look at a vehicle and the team were very helpful and accommodating and got the car ready for me and let me go for a test drive. They were very helpful in deciding which payment method/financing suited me best. I called the next day and put my deposit down. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and helpful. The car is great, I can’t thank them enough!
