I went to Windmill Autos in need of a replacement to my old Toyota Prius, I have an infant less than 1 years of age in the family and needed something reliable, the Prius was 200K+ miles and I felt it was just problems waiting to happen. I knew exactly what i wanted when I arrived, there was a lovely Auris in the forecourt which ticked all the boxes. I think the boot space is bigger than the Prius but the interior is defiantly smaller,. my eldest takes great pride in kicking the back of my chair at every opportunity. I love the car, it's about 6 years younger than my Prius was and significantly less miles so I am hoping it will be a nice, reliable motors for years to come, I have had no problems yet and overall, really happy with the customer service too.

My first hybrid car has been a success and the right decision for me so far, it's a BMW 330E which Andy from Windmill Autos sold to me and I love my car. I haven't driven to much as I work from home a lot at the moment but when I have been into the office and when I have driven the car to and from the shops etc, its a really fun and comfortable car to drive. With the colder whether coming in, I haven't been getting quite as much from the electric side, I notice if I drive straight after charging, I get near 40 miles per charge but when the car has been sat maybe only 11. I expected this and even had discussions with Andy about the EV side of things. The service was quick yet through, It was perfect in fact and I am thankful for Andy's honesty and efficiency getting everything boxed off for me.

I absolutely love my new Toyota Rav 4! It was a very emotional experience giving up the Golf which has been so reliable to me for so many years. The Rav 4 however is alot more suited to our lifestyle and is serving to be a really good replacement to the car I fell in love with. I can't fault the customer service either, Andy is a lovely guy and was really helpful, the only little bits of feedback I could suggest is potentially having the cars properly valeted, it was very clean and tidy but didn't look like it had been professionally done, a nice small bunch of flowers would have really topped of the experience as well and we are still working to get some service history sorted, three points to look at however, the process was an overwhelmingly positive one! Thank you Andy.

Treated myself to a C63, a car which I have long dreamed of owning. I haven't been able to drive it too much as the weather conditions are less than ideal and I have another car which is a little better suited to the rain and flooding. What I have driven of it, it's a really nice car and performing really well. I have a minor issue with a tire sensor module. The tires pressure sensors and the tires have been replaced already so I am going to look to Andy for some support to see what the cause could be. There has been no problems with the customer service side of things, Andy is very friendly and attentive throughout. I really couldn’t of asked for any more from him.

I have been a customer of Windmill Autos for a while now, I return to them time and time again as Andy is always very honest and I trust him to highlight any potential issues prior to the purchase. He is an absolutely excellent bloke, always a good chat and readily available over the phone to help with issues.. I have been to dealerships in the past where you turn up with a problem and they act like they never sold you the car, not Andy, he takes accountability for problems and always provides a resolution which I am satisfied with. The car is a Golf, I was a bit gutted they got a GTD in literally a few days after we bought the car but that's the way it goes unfortunately. I couldn't rate Windmill Autos any less than 5 Star and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I'm very happy with my Golf and all is good. I have no qualms with anything that they did for me and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and I would not hesitate to come back here when i'm looking for a new car. This is the first ever car I have bought for myself so I was a little scared and worried about finding a dealer that was honest, trustworthy and one that would look after me. I spent a lot of time researching dealers online and checking out their reviews to make sure that they had a good reputation and Windmill Autos stood out the most for me. I gave them a call and arranged to go to see them and find out what cars they had available and find out if they had one suited to my requirements. When I arrived there I was welcomed by their sales executive named Sam who was a lovely man and he made me feel at ease straight away by letting me look round without watching over me. I found a car I liked I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it so I decided to buy it there and then and not risk losing out to someone else on it. All the paperwork was done without me having to lift a finger and I was able to drive away in my new car within a matter of a couple of hours. My first car buying experience was a brilliant one and i'm so thankful to Sam and the team for all they did for me.
