I purchased a car from Windmill Motors back in February 2023. As anybody would, I tried to save some money on the car haggling with the Salesman, which was Kevin at the time. He wasn't shifting in price, which was fair enough... He did however tell me that Windmill Motors would grant me 6 months warranty instead of 3. I went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle and Kevin told me on more than one occasion that the car would have the 6 months warranty. Now when I paid for the vehicle, 2 weeks later, I didn't check the warranty details and they'd actually put 3 months down instead of 6... This is obviously extremely frustrating, considering Kevin stood there in front of myself and my partners father and told us both 6 months. From February-May I haven't had any issues with the vehicle whatsoever.. It has been brilliant.. Now with the weather warming up recently I have tried to put my AC on in the car, and unfortunately it is blowing out hot air. I contacted Windmill Motors and asked them if there is anything they could do (Bare in mind they didn't check over this with the service they did in February) This is something that is pretty standard with most services I have had in the past. Obviously with it only currently being June, the vehicle should still be in warranty (As I purchased in February). The team as Windmill Motors are now saying that I will have to pay for this, even though this is something that would've been included within my warranty. I agree with most reviews that I read on Google about Windmill Motors in that the car was immaculate when I collected it and I haven't had any other issues with it - The team at the time were fantastic with me. However, if you decide to buy anything from Windmill Motors and Kevin in particular, just please bare in mind that he will lie directly to your face and mislead you throughout the process of the sale.

My 17 year old daughter and I brought drove over an hour to see a car she saw on line. The owner was really lovely at first impressions And happily give the key. He gave us space to look round the car without feeling pressured and a small test drive. He was really friendly and gave us confidence that the car we was buying we suitable. I did take my husband with us as he knows more about cars than me. My daughter was so in love with the car and my husband was happy so we brought the car. My husband drove it home and it drove really well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back as I was interested in a car there myself. The car was absolutely spottless as well.
