I purchased my imported GOLF from Winterstoke back in June'23. Now that I have owned the car for a little over 3 months I thought I would leave my own honest review. Being an import I was unsure what to expect, but the team at Winterstoke were approachable and friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. The car itself has been fantastic. It ticked all my boxes, had loads of options on it that I was looking for. It is the best car I have ever owned. I want to keep it forever! Should I need to buy another car in the future I will have no concerns about going back to Winterstoke and asking them to find me exactly what I want from Japan. Thank you. I honestly do LOVE this car.

Great service! Great car! Great customer focused attitude. I cannot fault this great team. From the moment I rang them with my requirements they were providing all the info I needed. They went the extra mile in looking after us, insurance, tax etc. The Golf we bought is exceptionally clean as were all the cars on the forecourt and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil, Sam and Winterstoke Motor company near Clevedon.

Car unfortunately had to be repaired by main agent, took 4 weeks, excuses made and promises broken. Car returned with only 1 key working, no valet as promised and I'm not convinced that the car is performing correctly. Will never use Winterstoke Motor Company in Bristol again, very disappointed.
