Needed a new car urgently. Decided on Citroën 4 Grand Picasso. Found the car on Auto trader being sold by Wirral cars. Called them and chatted to Callum. He brought the car to us for a test drive. We live 90 mins drive away in Mid Wales....I call that more than excellent customer service...we were not even customers at the time!!! This was the first car we had checked. Callum was very friendly and made us feel very relaxed. They had the car valleted and MOT done. We collected a few days later. Gareth was so thorough, very helpful and friendly. Next time we need to change our car we will definitely be checking Wirral Cars out first. Thank you to Callum, Gareth and all the staff Wonderful.

Could not be happier with the service provided by Wirral Cars in particular Luanna who was extremely helpful. We actually ended up purchasing 2 Cars for myself and my wife. A small fault was found on mine but it was quickly repaired with no quibbles what so ever. Extremely helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure for both of us, I would highly recommend Wirral Cars and will return.

Bought a car here and the staff were so helpful every step of the way. Louanna was particularly helpful and really went the extra mile. Showed me around the car, made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Car was in great condition and customer service was 10/10!!! Definitely recommend and will return!!

From the very start Callum, Louana and the rest of the Wirral Car Sales team were fantastic and can’t be praised highly enough for their customer service and expertise. It took no time at all for them to find me the perfect car. They answered all of my queries promptly and made the entire process easy. They had even touched up the minor scratches to give the car a factory feel new finish for when I picked it up. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I would happily buy from them again in the future.
Fantastic crowd. We flew from Ireland. Kevin collected us in his beautiful Jaguar at the airport. Absolute gentleman and the best of craic. We dealt with Gavin and it was an absolute pleasure, he make everything straight forward and had the vehicle sitting in perfect condition. He was very easy to deal with. Brilliant service and would highly recommend. Worth the travel and we would definitely buy from them again.
