Wouldn’t go her sold me a car with Sellotape around the dipstick old window wipers which caused scratches on my windows which also failed in the MOT disguised an engine with blown head gasket 6 months down the line water down the engine. Honestly don’t go here

Bunch of cowboys do not buy a car from these guys. All talk and no action. Car delivered with 2 oil leaks and split exhaust. Lucky to be still walking They are all full of it especially Keith Dropped car off knowing it had oil leaks and wanted me to fix

Price put up by £2150 whilst I walked towards the tin hut to exchange my hard earned cash, AVOID this company

Feel really disappointed and rather conned. Bought a car, highlighted 3 issues such as the spare key not working and was told - it's not our problem. The key was briefly waved in front of my eyes so I wasn't aware of the problem until just after I paid for the car. This type of behaviour is not what I'd expect when buying a car as it feels really sneaky. I have only ever purchased cars from 5* reviewed garages which is the sole reason I went here as I need people I can trust. My experience here means I would never go back and I would definitely not recommend to anyone. I feel that I was lulled into a false sense of security, they clearly conveyed the impression that any issues would be dealt and they constantly talked about the reviews. Reviews are taken the instant you purchase the car so you won’t know how they are going to deal with your concerns after the event. My advice would be – do not complete the review immediately, leave it for a couple of weeks so that you can get the true picture of how they intend to deal with your problems.

Really can't thank the staff enough. So knowledgeable and not pressured at all. They really looked after us and our needs and really could do anymore for us. They will be the ONLY dealership I recommend from here on in. Just so very good and a great laugh too. Shown around Wirral Cars by a very helpful young lad. Was very interested in one car in particular, the lad got the key and brought it round for us to view. At this point another couple turned up and the woman jumped in the car and said she wanted it.. Her arrogant and ignorant partner said she was going to have it. On asking the young lad why he didnt stop the other couple from jumping the queue he looked very uncomfortable and went to get his boss. They came up with some cock and bull story about they had phoned the day before for a viewing. Firstly why would you ask for a viewing when the car didnt have a picture on the website? Secondly the management offered no apologies for what had just happened in fact they acted as if they didnt GAF just as long as they got a sale! As a result of our experience we will never go there again and will never recommend this company to anyone...Bad policy, bad manners!
