hi I have been using the Woolwich vauxhall car MECHANIC for my car service since I bought it my in 2017 so this people or vauxhall mechanic has been doing service in my car changing oil. But the the never change oil and filters at all for 3 years and the were taking my in direct debit yesterday my car was making noise and shows sign of oil symbol so I thought may I need to top up the oil I went to half Ford to buy p and ask the guy there to help me to top up the oil, when he open the oil lid oh my God he was shock!!! as they was alot of black grease or mudy oil inside it was so grease stuck inside he then show me and ask me have ever change this oil at all since you buy and I answer him yes i do service every year changing every thing he did not believe me then is the Woolwich vauxhall dealers do my service every year and the last service was October 2021, he was shock when I said is the vauxhall mechanic who do my service he said he never see a car with this sticky mud oil and he feels sorry for the car engine, so it's look like Woolwich vauxhall mechanic have never change any thing the were just doing only topping up oil that's all and still taking money every month from me . so now am going to make complaint and sue them . Please Don't trust this vauxhall mechanic in Woolwich

I walked in and was not greeted with even a smile. When ask what I want after I respond they told me that I’m going to have to wait for another 30min just to check my car in for an annual service. The manger Micheal treated me the worst was so rude and sarcastic from the start. Following me asking him could he help me to navigate something in my car he gave me a sarcastic laugh as to say I should know where it is and belittle me.
