No question was too big or small for him to answer, and the handover was done really quickly, so I was able to drive away in my new van. Everything is going great with my Ford Transit so far. Bought a Renault traffic from woodlands van centre 2 months ago and very happy with the service and communication. They were happy with me taking a mechanic over to check the van. This was my second time visiting the dealership. The first time, I was overwhelmed by the wide selection of vans they had. There was so much to choose from, but I managed to narrow down my options and shortlist a few vans to see/ test drive to work out which one would suit my needs best. I was looking for something practical and comfortable, and I ultimately decided on the Mercedes Vito. I've been using it every day for work since then, and it's been serving me well. Overall, I'd give the experience a solid 4 stars. There's always room for improvement, but I don't have any complaints.
