I would highly recommend anyone to get a van from this dealership because nothing is to much trouble and they have an impressive amount of vans available.

For a trade deal I was very happy with the price I was offered for my van, in fact I nearly took his hand off for the deal it was that good. I drove away with a Transit van and it has been perfect. I use it for work and it's just ideal for what I do. Once I'm ready to get another van, I will 100% be returning here.

I was in the market for a long wheel base van and after a look online, this is when I came across Woodlands Van Centre, so I phoned the dealership up and this is when I was in contact with Michael. He was spot on and he answered every question I threw at him, which gave me a lot of confidence to make the long trip from inverness to Kirkcaldy. Luckily, it wasn't a wasted trip because the van was exactly as described. I'm due to get it on the road this coming Saturday because it's all kitted out now, I'm just waiting for the roof rack to be installed. I already told Michael on the day of collection that I would point people in his direction, and I've done exactly that.

For my first time visiting this dealership, I couldn't be happier with how everything went. It was a really smooth process made easy by the very helpful sales team. There wasn't one question the team couldn't answer, and once I was happy with the description of the vehicle, I had the opportunity to take it on a test drive, and this is when I went ahead with it! It's been driven every day since and I couldn't be happier with it. I wouldn't change anything about my experience.

The Ford Ranger that I purchased from here was for my wife because it was much more practical for her job role. She drives it a lot more than me, but I haven't heard of any complaints, so I take it as everything is running well. Joseph really took care of us both when we visited Woodlands Van Centre and he even picked us up from the train station, which I wasn't expecting. When we arrived at the showroom, we didn't feel pressured into making a decision and we weren't time restricted, which was nice.

I've got myself a nice little project to look forward to this year because it's my first time converting a van into a camper. Since purchasing the van about a month ago, I think it's coming along nicely, but I don't want to rush it because I want to make sure I wire everything up right. Fingers crossed me and the wife will be out of it towards the end of the year. The salesman was very helpful when it came to arranging for the van to be ready on time for collection, and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Wish me luck.

As a woman I really respected that I didn't have 4 salesman running over to me to try and sell me the world. I knew what I wanted to see but it was still nice to walk around at my own pace to see the large section of vans they had available. Once I came to the Iveco Daily that I was interested in, I was ready to approach a salesman for some more information. This is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael who I would highly recommend if you visit Woodlands Van Centre. When he answered all of my questions, I was happy to commit to the purchase! - I signed the paperwork and arranged a day to come and collect it. On the day of collection, everything was ready on time and I was driving it away. I recently bumped into a dog walker and showed off my new van, only to find out she had a van from this dealership as well! She had just as good of an experience.

I don't take any prisoners so luckily the salesman was very nice to deal with, otherwise I would of asked to deal with someone else. The whole process was made easy and finally I found a dealership that doesn't try to complicate the little things. Everything went as expected and I got a great van. It's been a great bit of kit, I've just ordered roof rails  so once they come it'll be perfect.

The customer service we received from everyone involved at Woodlands Van Centre was honestly first class! - We didn't feel pressured or swayed into buying a van, in fact it was completely the opposite because we were allowed to walk around the forecourt at our own pace. Once we approached Michael about the Ford Transit we were interested in, he was quick to pass us the keys and to take it out on a test drive. Faultless service and we got a good quality van.
