Bought car not knowing it had failed MOT, 2 days b4 I went down to buy it, 5 weeks later I get the same problem as MOT failure, bit helpful at all, would not recommend
I was looking to buy a Maserati and found one at Woods of Wirral. I looked at their reviews and I was impressed. I made an appointment to view and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the quality of their stock! There was no "salesman pressure" that you expect, just pure professionalism from Aiden who made the whole transaction a pleasure from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Aiden, his stock and his personality! Ten out of ten Aiden! Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I have been purchasing cars from Woods of Wirral for at least 10yrs, from BMWs, Mercedes, Audis and Range Rovers. I have never in all those years been sold a faulty motor, every single one has been of top quality and any minor everyday issues that may have arisen have always been dealt with courteously, professionally and swiftly by the Manager Aiden who always seems to go the extra mile to assist. I have recently made yet another purchase of a Mercedes C series model convertible which again is of outstanding quality. Highly recommended.

Bought a car in August after a week strong smell and smoke coming from engine so got AA to take it back as advised not to drive it . Got it back after couple of weeks, saying all good as soon as got back home same problem . Took it back salesman tried to say it just heat shield causing smell/ smoke !!! Car luckily a Kia with warranty still on it so went back into dealership again as garage did take it back to them after first return . Garage asked us to sort with dealership as they had argued with them . Found a pipe had split and Kia sorted No courtesy call from Woods at all , very poor . As said luckily it was Kia so sorted under warranty. Would not use Woods again as not interested in helping once they had money from you

I would just like to say what a fantastic experience I had with a recent purchase of my Mercedes ML350 from Woods Of Wirral - especially the outstanding customer service I received from Aiden and his team.
