TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.UNHELPFUL AND BAD COMMUNICATION. BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT A HEADACH AND A CAR WITH UNDERLINING PROBLEMS. I WISH I HAD BOURGHT A CAR ELSEWHERE SUCH AS AN ONLINE CAR SALES COMPANY INSTEAD OF A DELAER LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO FIND AND WHOSE GARAGE IS LOCATED A DISTANCE AWAY ALSO.

DO NOT TRUST. I contacted Chris the Owner of Xclusive Xports to query about a Smart ForTwo that was advertised on Autotrader. We spoke on the phone and on WhatsApp and he promised and gave his word that everything was perfectly fine with the car. I told him I will send RAC to inspect the car since I was out of the country. He gave me his word that there is no need for such inspection and it would be a waste of money, took my lesson. I transferred the money and everything went smooth sailing, great communication between me and Chris and he always kept me updated with the delivery process. As soon as I got the car the AC WAS NOT WORKING, took it to my local Mercedes agent and he told me that the compressor is broken and not working, so I had to wait until they got all the parts and replace the compressor. Apart from the AC compressor that needs changing, the WHOLE STEERING RACK needs to be changed. All of the above issues were never mentioned to me. They sold me a car with 2 BIG HIDDEN Defects. I Will updated if and when Chris takes responsibility for the Above. I have proof of everything Mentioned above.

Daniel apologies for what you have experienced.. The car was sold with none of these issues mentioned and the car had just had its first service at 9k at a Mercedes dealership. On there report there were no mention of the air conditioning not working neither any issues with the steering rack. I personally drove this car when I delivered it to the shipping company that you requested. Air con was fine and no issue with steering. Maybe you should speak with the transport company as this may have been caused on transport to Malta. I have over 200 5 star reviews online I take much pride in what I do and keep my customers happy. Unfortunately you can't keep everybody happy and your entitled to write this review but no need to make out that I sold this vehicle to you with these faults when it had just come out a main dealers before being delivered to you. Would highly recommend buying a car from Xclusive Xports. Chris is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful without being pushy. Have used Xclusive xports twice now, the second time I handed back the original car i had purchased and had another vehicle sourced. This was sourced in less than 24 hours, and was ready for collection in 72. Have always had a great service and no doubt will use again soon.
Called first for a Bmw but seller decided to change price eventhough i told him i was coming to see it. Seller then decided to sell the car to someone else without telling me eventhough i was on my way to see the car. This man doesnt know how to do business and doesnt know how to treat customers.
The Service was Great, really personal and thorough, really good. Very impressed with the car and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends and family 5 out of 5
