Overall worst experience ever with Your Next Car. Paid my deposit and travelled 3 and a half hours and they did not even know I was coming and did not believe I even transferred the deposit. The car I originally wanted was not how it looked in the photos which made me show an interest in another motor. After taking it for a test drive I agreed on buying the car and then proceeded on paying for car insurance on it, once I had done this they then told me that the car could not be sold as it did not have any car tax or MOT. £55 booking & cancellation fees + £60 fuel and a whole day wasted by arrogant and rude car salesmen. Continuously smoking in the vehicles up for sale aswell. AVOID

Hi Jack the reason for the confusion was that the deposit you "paid" on your card declined, I did leave you 2 messages to say please call back with another card. You turned up and chose another car which is fine but unfortunately it was 3pm on a Sunday we couldn't Mot the car for you and didnt allow you to take it anyway as you demanded. We did offer to deliver the car for free once the MOT and pre delivery checks had been carried out. But you kindly declined
Just collected my new VW Golf GTD from these guys. Couldn’t fault them in anyway, the car was in immaculate condition inside and out. The service was excellent right from enquiring about the car over the phone with Waseem, to handover with Naqeeb (who stayed late on a Friday night for me as I got stuck in traffic). There were no pushy salesman techniques and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend buying a car from YNC and I will be looking to get my next one from these guys when the time come. Thanks again

This is my 6th car from Your Next Car.i never check anything when i purchase.bought an Audi Q7 last week and had a journey to london 1 week after i bought my car and my alternator has gone.rang them in the morning and the answer was ‘please go to a local Audi specialist and sort the problem and call us we will pay for it.’ and next day part has been ordered job done and they have paid straight away.that is what i call professional service.thank u

Drove a very long way to back a car was very happy with the service non pushy people told me everything I needed spent a long time and I’m very happy with my car very powerful smooth and fast but very good service recommend your next car to anyone.
Arrived from Aberdeen to pick up a 335d m sport I’d put a deposit on. Car was not there on my arrival at 9.30 in the morning. It was recovered from another location in around 20 minutes. Had a good look round the showroom and allot of the cars had been fitted with cheap looking “ aftermarket “ look a like “m performance” packs. We took the car for roughly a 4 mile 30-40mph, test drive and when I said I’d like to take the car on the open road to stretch its legs a bit the salesmen. Said “no sorry we can’t do that our insurance won’t cover it on the trade plates” . Absolute nonsense,especially when they knew I’d traveled 450 miles from Aberdeen. So I was going to pay almost 23grand for a car I hadn’t started, hadn’t driven up to cruising speed with fake “ cheap looking “”M PERFORMANCE” pack on it. no sorry. And just when I was about to leave the showroom to head to my car I presume was one of the other brothers turned and said “ I think he was giving you to much for your car anyway” obviously on about the 635d m sport I was about to trade in. So I just got in the car and drive home. So beware of Your Next Car Ltd.

Hi thanks for taking the time to review us, you placed the deposit on a stunning red 335d m sport with an in house fitted performance kit by us.( now sold to a very happy customer ) We are very clear and honest with customers there were over 50 hd images and a 3 min video of that vehicle to help you decide before you placed a deposit and travelled to us. We operate in non intrusive manner you paced a deposit willingly with as much information as we could provide. When you arrived you drove the car on our standard test route, due to time limitations and insurance we cant go further ( the car was covered by a BMW main dealer warranty so we could see a reason for a extended test drive which we can be arranged ) You didnt seam happy with the car and were given a full refund by myself ( waseem ), i did comment on the condition of you px which was NOT as you had mentioned. Hope you find the car you are looking for and the right price for your PX!!!
